Terry Funk Invades The WWF

When Terry Funk took off his ring attire for his first WWF match, ring attendant made the mistake of putting Funk's hat on his own head.

Any fan of the WWF at that time remembers what happened.

And, at Wrestlemania II, the Funks used Jimmy Hart's megaphone to secure the victory over Junk Yard Dog and Tito Santana.

An interesting side note to this that Xavier Doom passed along to me regarding this was that Funk's debut was right smack in the middle of the WWF's huge acquisitions in the mid-80s. In fact, Terry Funk and Randy Savage debuted one week apart. Funk may be tearing up the WWF right now, but it was Macho Man who made a huge impact in the WWF in the second half of the 80s.
