- Match #5: WCW World Heavyweight Champion Scott Steiner vs. Bill Goldberg for the WCW World Heavyweight Championship
- It's not even worth doing a play-by-play for this match...the best way to describe it is that it's like the Bill Goldberg matches from early in his career...he's 100% on the offense, and not selling anything.
- About two minutes in, it's obvious that Steiner's just about done, and Goldberg's setting him up for the spear and the jackhammer.
- The infamous nWo B-Team comes running out to save Steiner's ass and title since all of the "A-players" in the building had been put out one way or another. So, making the save it's Vincent, Scott Norton, Horace Hogan, Brian Adams and Stevie Ray.
- Seemingly out of nowhere, it's freakin' Robocop (!!) in the middle of the entranceway, standing between the thugs and the ring. The nWo B-Team look at each other, they all shrug, and then they proceed to start beating the holy hell out of Robocop. During the beating, Robocop's helmet falls off to reveal Fred Ottman in the outfit.
- The crowd is going crazy at this spectacle and, the irony is, the Robocop ruse is working. The nWo B-Team is having so much fun having the crowd cheer them for beating up Robocop, they're not paying attention to what's going on in the ring.
- Goldberg gives Steiner a powerslam. The crowd is on its feet.
- Spear!
- Jackhammer!
- The ref counts. As the ref is counting, someone from outside the ring is pulling on his pants leg. The ref counts to three, and the bell rings. Fireworks start going off, Bill Goldberg is the new and final WCW World Heavyweight Champion!!!
- The ref is talking to the person who was pulling his pants leg. The ref nods his head and starts waving his arms in the air toward the bell-ringer and timekeeper.
- The ref grabs the belt away from Goldberg and lays it on top of an unconcious Steiner.
- Dave Penzer announces that due to a spot of blood on Goldberg's forehead (you know...that spot of blood that's always there), the Georgia State Athletic Commission ruled Goldberg unfit to continue before the pinfall. So, Steiner is still champion.
- YOUR WINNER: Scott Steiner by disqualification.
- The numb crowd files silently out of the building.
- As Tony Schiavone and Bobby Heenan are sadly saying their goodbyes, Tony suddenly cups his hand to his ear, as something unexpected comes over his headset. His face lights up and he says that the company may be transferred to new owners after all. He says we are about to cut to a live feed of the goings on.
- We cut to a courtroom with the caption "LIVE" at the bottom of the screen. The Turner/AOL lawyers are one side, and Hardbody Harrison, Sonny Onoo and Bobby Walker, represented by J. Biggs, are on the other side.
- As we cut into the scene, everyone stands as the judge enters the courtroom from his chambers.
- The judge tells everyone to be seated, and he says that he has come to a decision in the racial discrimination lawsuit brought by the plaintiffs.
- The judge states that the discrimination charges brought forward were valid, and that WCW willfully held back the plaintiffs' careers, as well as reenforced racial stereotypes.
- The judge rules in favor of the plaintiffs. In terms of damages, WCW has no cash on hand, and no access to additional capital, so the court has no choice but to transfer ownership of WCW and all its trademarks over to the plaintiffs, effectively immediately. Court is adjourned.
- Harrison, Onoo and Walker are hugging each other and crying tears of joy, happy that justice has been served.
- The Turner/AOL lawyers come over to shake the plaintiffs' hands and, oddly enough, the lawyers seem just as happy as the plaintiffs.
- The lawyers leave and Harrison, Onoo and Walker give each other confused looks, then shrug and go to leave the courtroom.
- They step outside, and the courtoom lobby is full of people waving papers at them. It's all of the WCW creditors! Representatives from the Nitro Grill, the PPV companies, airlines, hotels...everyone WCW does business with that hasn't been getting paid.
- If you downloaded the MP3 file, start playing it now and continue reading.
- All of a sudden, everything starts moving in fast motion...It's a mob scene, and the plaintiffs elbow their way through the crowd to the outside. An overlay of the closing credits music from The Benny Hill Show starts.
- They run to the car they arrived in, and it is being towed away by Barry Darsow, in full Repo Man regalia.
- Since they no longer have wheels, Harrison, Onoo and Walker take off running down the street, with the creditors in hot pursuit.
- As the camera pans back, we see the plaintiffs being chased in fast motion as they zig-zag back and forth across a grassy field. Included in all this is Scott Hall ripping the clothes off of a fifty-six-year-old woman, leaving her in a slip, stockings and garters, covering herself with her hands and squealing.
- The show closes with a still of Ric Flair wrestling Ricky Steamboat at the Chi-Town Heat PPV alongside a still of David Arquette wearing the World Heavyweight Championship belt. Underneath is the text "In Memoriam - WCW: 1988 - 2001".
As a ten-bell salute rings, the screen fades to black.
