Boston Brawl - Saturday, 01/31/98

The WCW server was down. Finally, it came across the WCW Chat room that there was another address to go to. I feel sorry for those who weren't in the chat room.

Matches I couldn't hear, but got results:

• Steve McMichael def. Greg Valentine with the Tombstone Piledriver
  • Valentine is subbing for Hennig
  • The audio sounded like a broken record. It would get stuck when someone was saying something (Madden sounds like an alarm when he is frozen).
  • Kevin Nash was doing some guest commentary. Madden was complaining how he got hit by Raven. Kevin Nash said, "Watch out or you'll get a yeast infection". I guess you had to hear it.
• The Steiners def. Raven and Saturn
  • Raven started to leave during this match, but came back.
  • Raven apparently attacked the Internet Broadcasters
  • Rick Steiner got Saturn in the STF.
  • Raven clotheslined Rick Steiner
  • Raven got a chair. Rick Steiner appearently used it on Raven.
  • Madden on Saturn copying Taz, "If Taz is gonna be mad at Saturn, then Harley Race should be mad at everybody"
  • Rick Steiner hit a double clothesline
  • Scott comes in and cleans house.
  • Scott Steiner hit the Frankensteiner on Raven.
  • Rick had Saturn set up for the Bulldog, but Scott paid no attention.

  • Eddie comes out first. Broadcasters think this match will steal the show.
  • Benoit comes out to a huge pop

  • Announcers kid around about the fact that they can say anything

  • My sound was out for a good 15 minutes. Apparently, Hall and Nash left early, and Savage got his butt kicked. Savage is now out of the nWo, as it looks, or sounds, now.
