- I'm going to be away for the next three Saturday Nights, but there will be guest reporters to deliver to you every minute of Muthaship mayhem.
- The Charlotte Observer had a nice piece today on the WCW Powerplant. Some requirements, if you're interested: at least 5' 9'', 175 lbs., and between 18-29 years old.

- Now onto the show...
- Public Enemy defeat Sumo Fuji and Judo Suwa with the Drive By
- I turned on TBS at 6:02 and the match had just started, so tonight's show
started five minutes earlier.
- Public Enemy control throughout.
- Suwa gets hammered first, followed by Fuji.
- Grunge continues the squash on Fuji, then tags Rocco Rock.
- Drive By on Fuji, and it's over.
- The Dancing Fools, Wright and Disco, enter.
- They dish it out to both teams, who lay on the mat.
- They celebrate in the middle of the ring by dancing.
- Bash at the Beach hype with Scott and Mike
- Chavo Guerrero, Jr. defeats Lenny Lane (w/ab polish)
- Chavo adorns a hardhat and scissors to the ring.
- Tenay mentions that Eddie Guerrero lost a similar hair match four years ago.
- Chavo attacks first, chopping Lane and landing a dropkick.
- Chavo's assault continues with a choke and an atomic drop.
- Chavo tries some of Lane's ab polish, which annoys Lenny.
- Lenny sends Chavo to the turnbuckles twice, but Chavo hammers back.
- Lane finally gains the advantage after elbowing the charging Chavo.
- Lane rolls up Chavo for two, then lands a bodyslam.
- Lane misses a corkscrew moonsault.
- Chavo lands a backdrop, and maintains control by pulling Lane's hair.
- Lane tries to dropkick Chavo but runs into the turnbuckles.
- Chavo tries a rollup, but then finishes things off with a Tornado DDT.
- Chavo does his best Sid Eudy inpersonation by chasing Lane and ref Mark Curtis with the scissors.
- Chavo finally decides to give his own hair a quick trim.

- Tenay plugs Gene's hotline report
- The Cat defeats Johnny Swinger with the Feliner
- Swinger grabs the mic to do his speech but the Cat stops him.
- The Cat continues a flurry of punches and kicks until Swinger flees to the outside.
- When Swinger goes back in, he proceeds to take over the match.
- Swinger executes a great Russian Leg Sweep.
- Swinger continues with a suplex and a bodyslam.
- Swinger controls until he misses a turnbuckle move.
- The Cat finally regains control, landing a few kicks before applying an armbar.
- Swinger attempts to regain control, but the Cat quickly ends the match with the Feliner.
- Nitro highlights air.
- Raven and Horace (w/ the Flock) defeat Hammer and Saturn.
- The Flock enters to the "Come As You Are" ripoff music.
- We get the Starburst Fruit Chews Road Report now.
- Ads.
- Hammer and Saturn enter to music that sounds very similar to the Warzone theme.
- Lodi signs: "We Love Saturday Night!" and "L Stands for Lodi" (for the L marked on his forehead). "Lodi Likes Fat" is written on his chest.
- Horace and Saturn start off, with Horace taking the early advantage.
- Saturn recovers and controls Horace for a bit.
- Raven prevents Saturn from executing an aerial move.
- Horace retakes control, then tags Raven.
- Drop toehold by Raven, who then tags Horace.
- After a couple more tags are exchanges, Saturn is finally close enough to Hammer to make the tag.
- Hammer cleans house, nailing Horace and the Flock members who are on the apron.
- Hammer lands his Cobra Clutch Slam on Raven.
- Outside, Saturn steps up the table.
- Hammer puts Horace on the table as Saturn climbs the turnbuckles.
- Saturn splashes Horace on the table.
- Back inside, Raven has brought in a chair and lands a drop toehold, sending Hammer into the chair.
- Raven hits the Evenflo DDT.
- Raven gets the pin and the Flock celebrates.
- One final PPV promo, and it's over. See you in a bit.
