- Welcome to Saturday Night! Tonight's main event is DDP vs. Curt Hennig.
- Bull Pain vs. The Cat
- Bull Pain looks absolutely ridiculous. Is that a dog collar?
- And here comes the Cat.
- Apparently the Cat is a heel now. Who cares?
- Typical Cat match. Kicks, punches, and yawns.
- Bull Pain's offense consists of a whip to the corner.
- Seriously, who is this Bull Pain guy and what is he doing on national TV?
- The Cat finishes Mr. Pain off with the Feliner.
- The Cat grabs the mic and proclaims his status as the best wrestler today. A feud with Bret Hart is in order.
- Scott and Mike ramble.
- WarGames recap.
- Brad Armstrong vs. Lodi (w/Saturn)
- Lodi enters with his new servant, who is forced to hold a "Lodi rules" sign.
- Brad Armstrong has the advantage for most of the match.
- Lodi repeatedly flees to the outside, where he asks Saturn for help.
- After about three times of this, Saturn jumps in the ring and delivers a Spicolli Driver as the ref is distracted.
- Lodi applies a sleeper on the knocked out Armstrong for the win.
- Saturn isn't pleased.
- Another WarGames promo. In fact, there will be WarGames promos during every break, so no more promo annoucements.
- Mean Mike (w/ Tough Tom) vs. Scott Putski
- Pukski dominates.
- Tough Tom interferes, allowing Mike to enjoy a brief advantage.
- But Putski fires back.
- The crowd is not into this at all.
- Putski wins with a Putski Bomb.

- Hennig comes out and grabs the mic.
- Hennig challenges DDP to a match tonight.
- Hennig says he's seen enough of DDP recently. Right on!
- Curt says he'd rather see Mickey Jay on the Tonight Show than Page.

- Scott Norton (w/ Vincent) vs. Bobby Eaton
- They don't even bother to flash Eaton's name across the screen anymore. So much for seniority.
- Norton grabs the mic, saying he's angry at Meng.
- A clip of Meng and Norton going at it reairs.
- Norton proceeds to squash Eaton in the manner that he's been doing recently.
- Don't worry, Vincent fans, he gets in his lick.
- Eaton is finished off by a powerbomb.

- Kanyon (w/ Raven) vs. Barry Horowitz
- Kanyon dominates with his usual impressive catalog of moves.
- Kanyon's new move of the match is something like a chokeslam-backbreaker. Rad.
- Horowitz attacks with a flurry of punches and kicks.
- Horowitz continues with a jawbreaker.
- Kanyon is whipped to the ropes, but out of nowhere lands the Flatliner.
- One, two, three, Kanyon is your winner.

- Raven takes the early advantage.

- Raven takes back control with a knee of his own.

- The Giant gets some major heat machine boos.

- Hammer rushes at the Giant to begin but meets his boot.
- The Giant then delivers the Chokeslam.

- This is a rematch of the Starrcade 1997 contest, which Page won.
- Hennig enters.
- Starburst Fruit Chews On The Road Report with Lee.
- Ads.
- DDP enters.
- Hennig begins with an armdrag.
- DDP gets up and applies an armbar.
- Hennig pulls on DDP's hair, sending him back down.
- DDP applies another armbar.
- Page tries to execute the Diamond Cutter but Curt slips out.
- Page gets Hennig in a side headlock.
- Page lands a shoulderblock, followed by a DDT.
- Page continues with a pancake.
- Hennig takes control with a low blow.
- Hennig continues with kicks to the midsection.
- Hennig whips Page's head to the mat.
- Page starts to fire back.
- Page lands an inverted atomic drop.
- Page levels Hennig with a clothesline.
- Hennig grabs a chair and nails Page with it, DQing himself at 4:54.
- Curt delivers another chair shot.
- Dean Malenko runs in to save Page.
