- Fall Brawl is three days away.
- Tony, The Brain, and Lyin' Lee are in the booth.
- Tony promises some of the greatest matches ever.
- Goldberg, Piper, nWo Hollywood, Lex Luger vs. Davey Boy Smith, and Kevin Nash vs. Stevie Ray tonight.
- nWo music comes on.
- Eric The Airplane leasds the rest of nWo Hollywood out. The Orange Ego is there for his good-night kiss, too.
- Buff, Stevie, and Disciple engage in a posedown.
- Bischoff says the most beautiful people in the world are in the middle of the ring.
- Hogan does his usual spiel.
- Hogan's Buzzword Bingo: "nWo-ites, worship the ground I walk on, rule wrestling, 4-life."
- Crowd: "Goldberg"
- Hogan says he's going to win his title back. I figured he'd forgotten about the belt, in his quest to wrestle Johnny Carson.
- Hogan says he has a plan to take out everyone in Wargames.
- Hogan turns the topic to Kevin Nash - "a man everyone hates."
- Hogan says that Nash will not be a factor, because Hogan has a surprise for him.
- Hogan says he'll beat Hart the following night on Nitro, after he wins his title shot.
- Hogan refers to Goldberg's "raccoon head."
- Hogan talks to the camera with Vincent right beside him. There were too many people with sunglasses in that particular camera shot. Hennig and Bischoff were the only ones who didn't. Maybe they were listening to "Corey Hart" before they came out, and decided to wear their sunglasses at night.
- Match 1: Silver King vs. WCW World Cruiserweight Champion Juventud Guerrera
- Silver King comes out, but I don't recognize him, because I'm fooled by his stocky physique.
- In the back, Chris Jericho is talking about being the World Television Champion.
- Jericho says that since WCW is a television company, he is the most important champion.
- Jericho says he hired a cameraman and personal security guards, so he can get an escort to the ring like Goldberg.
- Jericho says that we'll see Jericho "behind the scenes" tongiht.
- Back in the ring, the cruiser champion QuasiJuice comes out.
- The King shoves Juvi, who fights back.
- Silver King needs "Propecia"
- A stalemate in the corner.
- King charges, Juvi ducks, and King gets a beatdown.
- Juvi flips out of a belly-to-back suplex, and chops away.
- King tosses Juvi into the air, and dropkicks him on the way down.
- Juvi fixes his hair on the mat.
- King looks like his lip is busted open.
- King with a suplex, but Juvi avoids a moonsault.
- Juvi with a springboard dropkick.
- Juvi chases King around the ring, and King hits a VanDaminator.
- The bell rings, but King is continuing to fight.
- King with his Airplane Spin, and a somersault senton, and goes for the pin.
- Mark Curtis tells King that a pin isn't the best idea.
- The decision: Curtis has DQ'd King due to the VanDaminator.
- King beats Juvi down after the match.
- That was an odd ending. King didn't do anything that Hogan doesn't do in each of his matches. Well, besides not make a fool of himself, that is.
- Tony is out with JJ Dillon
- Dillon says that people have been wondering about where Scott Hall is.
- Dillon says Hall has been out at the golf course and at the beach.
- Dillon says that Bischoff is giving preferential treatment to Hall, but says that WCW has guidelines to work with.
- Dillon tells Hall has a match against Konnan at Fall Brawl.
- Tony says a confrontation happened during the break
- We see Jim "The Convict" Neidhart and The Bulldog beating down Luger in the back of the arena.
- Match 2: Wrath vs. WCW World Television Champion Chris Jericho
- Yes! Wrath!!
- He'll be facing Jericho.
- A couple of fat, out-of-shape guys are escorting Jericho through the back.
- Jericho accidentally tries to go through a broom closet.
- Jericho is pumping himself up.
- This is funny stuff.
- The guards walk Jericho into a wall.
- Jericho starts to wig out.
- Jericho accidentally goes outside, and gets locked out.
- Wrath is waiting in the ring as Jericho pounds on doors that are obviously open.
- The bell rings, and Wrath stalks down the aisle.
- The camera follows Wrath through the back of the arena.
- The bell rings again. Probably a double-countout.
- Jericho wants someone to open the door.
- Wrath kicks the door open, and chases Jericho through the parking lot.
- Tony talks about something that occured in Mobile, AL
- Tony says that the wrestlers are humans, too.
- Tony says that something happened at the WCW Saturday Night tapings with Jim Duggan.
- We see footage from the tapings.
- Duggan is in the ring in a polo shirt, with fans chanting "USA"
- Duggan says he was supposed to wrestle, but has an announcement.
- Duggan says he's been coming to the ring for 20 years, just carrying a flag and a board.
- Duggan says he helped make the business what it is.
- Duggan talks about the "old days."
- Duggan says that the people who write magazines and sheets like to blast Hacksaw, but that didn't matter, because the fans chanted USA and gave him a home.
- Duggan says he is proud to love his father, and go to church with his children, and love his wife.
- He's also proud of carrying the flag.
- Duggan says he needs help from the fans now - because he has cancer.
- Duggan says nothing else seems important, because he doesn't want to leave his little girls alone.
- Duggan says he goes under the knife this week, and God willing, the cancer will be removed.
- Duggan says that when we go to bed tonight, we should hold our children close, because they're the only thing that's important.
- Duggan asks that we say a prayer for his family, and say a prayer for him.
- Duggan says he loves the fans, and thanks the fans.
- The crowd gives a big "USA" chant.
- Y'know, I'm as guilty as anyone of taking shots at Duggan, but those were always toward his character, not to the man himself. My thoughts, as well as those of DDT Digest, are with Hacksaw, and we hope he pulls through.
- The announcers give a big thumbs-up to Hacksaw.
- Match 3: Nick Dinsnore vs. Kanyon
- Kanyon makes his way to the ring.
- Kanyon has a mic:
- Kanyon says he is the innovator of offense, and simply the best. He may have a point there.
- He says nobody is better than Kanyon.
- Kanyon says that WCW put him out there with Nick Dinsnore, who is a loser, a nobody, a rookie.
- So, what's his point? His point is that he has decided that he is not going to wrestle tonight. Instead, he's going to tell Lodi to tell Saturn that Saturn can't hit Kanyon, but has to wrestle Dinsnore.
- Saturn comes out holding a "Lodi Rulz" sign.
- Kanyon calls Saturn "Lodi's jabrone," and mocks some Army stuff.
- Saturn holds up a sign that says "Lodi Is Not Here."
- Uh-oh! :-)
- Kanyon: "Does that mean that Lodi didn't tell you that you can't hit me?"
- Kanyon begs off, but Saturn levels him with a lariat.
- Dinsnore and the ref leave.
- T-Bone suplex from Saturn, belly-to-belly, and another T-Bone.
- Saturn puts Kanyon's thumb in the turnbuckle, and breaks it.
- Saturn: "Kanyon, does that hurt? Good, you've got nine more to go."
- Saturn does another one.
- Raven tells Saturn to stop, and then sics the whole Flock on him.
- Saturn tells Raven not to make him do this.
- Horace hits the Stop sign, but Saturn grabs it, and hits his own.
- Sick Boy gets a superkick.
- Kidman gets belly-to-belly'd over the top rope.
- Saturn crushes Riggs' arm against the ringpost.
- Sick Boy gets a Spicolli Driver.
- Raven says that if Saturn is trying to save the Flock, he should look at the carnage around him.
- Saturn says that it started out to be about Raven, then was about saving the Flock. But now it's about saving himself.
- Raven says that at Fall Brawl, Saturn will be his servant forever.
- Saturn, though, says that Fall Brawl will be about mind over matter. Saturn doesn't mind, because Raven doesn't matter.
- Intense.
- Match 4: Steve McMichael vs. Curt Hennig (w/o Rick Rude)
- Woah! Haven't seen Mongo in the ring for a bit.
- Mongo gives the Four Fingers.
- Good pop for the Four Fingers.
- nWo music comes on.
- Tony talks about a note he was handed: WCW officials have made the Luger/Bulldog a tag match with The Bulldog and Neidhart.
- Tony says this could be a problem because Sting isn't here, and Nash and Konnan have other matches. Luger doesn't have a partner.
- Curt Hennig makes his way down alone.
- Hennig has abandoned his tights for nWo shorts.
- Mongo chokes Hennig, and beats on him in the corner.
- Mongo with a HUGE avalanche clothesline.
- The announcers talk about Arn's appearance on Monday.
- Bulldog from Mongo.
- Mongo drops a big elbow, and beats on Hennig in the corner.
- Big "We want Flair" chant.
- Hennig avoids a running knee in the corner.
- Hennig goes to work on Mongo's knee, but is favoring his own.
- Hennig wraps Mongo's leg around the ringpost.
- Mongo fights out of some knee work with an elbow, starts to fight back, but Hennig goes back to the knee.
- Hennig slaps Mongo, but Mongo slaps him back.
- Hennig goes to kick Mongo's leg out from under him, but Mongo hits a side suplex.
- Mongo with two tackles.
- Stevie Ray charges the ring, and distracts Mongo.
- Hennig gets Stevie's blackjack, and hits Mongo with it.
- That's the match. Mongo by DQ.
- Bagwell runs down to throw a chair into the ring.
- The heels go to decapitate Mongo with the chair, but Dean Malenko runs down to make the save.
- The heels move to gang up on Malenko, but ARN ANDERSON runs down with a 2x4!!!!
- The nWo does the smart thing and hightails it out as Arn threatens them.
- The heels slowly move to the back as the trainers come out to deal with the unconcious Mongo.
- Tony promises to get to the bottom of this whole Anderson thing when we come back from commercial.
- The 2x4 was probably a tribute to Duggan.
- As we come back, the paramedics are wheeling Mongo out.
- Mongo has a neck brace and ventilator as he's wheeled out on the gurney.
- Arn comes back in the ring, and signals Malenko to join him.
- Tony wonders why Arn is suddenly back in the ring.
- Arn: "Did you get what you wanted, and that's to get me back? Is that what you wanted, black & white?"
- Arn says it wasn't Malenko's head back in the ring on Monday, we know whose it was.
- Arn says it wasn't Mongo in the ring tonight, it was him.
- Arn says to be careful what you wish for, you just might get it. And the nWo has gotten it.
- Arn tells Malenko that he once told Malenko that Malenko that Malenko had no right to hold up the four fingers, however.....
- Arn, though he says that it may not be his call to make, says that on this night, he would be honored to call Malenko a Horseman.
- This brings Bischoff down to the ring.
- Bischoff says he has no beef with Malenko, and asks if Malenko got his check.
- Bischoff says it's not Arn's call, but his, if there is ever going to be another Four Horsemen.
- Bischoff wonders who Arn works for. Arn says he works for WCW.
- Bischoff asks again. Arn says "Turner Broadcasting."
- Arn says he's not going to say what Bischoff wants him to say.
- Bischoff holds up a copy of Arn's book, and says that Arn says in the book that he works for Bischoff.
- Bischoff says he never gave Arn permission to write a book.
- Bischoff talks about in the book, Arn talks about the Horsemen doing things first.
- Bischoff talks smack about the old days, and says he put all the people in the arena.
- Bischoff says the Horsemen are history, and should only be viewed in a museum.
- Bischoff: "So forget about Flair..."
- Arn starts choking the life out of Bischoff!!!!
- Malenko gets Arn to back off.
- Bischoff says he'll sue Arn like he's suing Ric Flair.
- Bischoff says he can see Arn is a competitive person.
- Bischoff asks is Arn wants Flair to wrestle again, if he wants the Horsemen back, Bischoff and Arn will arm wrestle. Left-handed.
- Arn agrees.
- Next week - Arn and Bischoff will arm wrestle.
- Bischoff drew mad heel heat by insulting Arn and the Horsemen.
- The announcers talk about the arm wrestling match
- Tenay: "Let's take it out of the courtroom, and into the ring."
- Lodi comes out, covered in weeds and soaking wet.
- Lodi is looking for Saturn.
- Lodi says that Saturn threw him into a river. He even has a fish. Ha!
- Lodi says he can't find Saturn. Tony suggests that he look for Kanyon, and ask him about his fingers.
- Match 5: Jim Neidhart and Davey Boy Smith vs. Lex Luger
- The Bulldog and Neidhart come down to the ring.
- Wolfpac music brings out.....
- Luger alone.
- Luger takes out both men with clotheslines and forearms.
- Luger takes Bulldog out of the ring, and beats on Neidhart.
- Luger with a back-elbow, bodyslam, and forearm drop.
- Neidhart tags, and Luger starts pounding Smith.
- Luger with the inverted atomic drop, and a big punch.
- Smith sends Luger into the wrong corner, allowing a heel doubleteam.
- The crowd reacts, as Bret Hart makes his way down.
- Hart is dressed to wrestle.
- Neidhart and Smith stare at Hart with a stunned look.
- The Old Age Inlaws are happy that Bret is there.
- The heels doubleteam Luger in the corner.
- Hart attacks his inlaws!!!
- Luger and Hart ram the heels' heads together.
- Hart goes to the apron, and wants a tag.
- Luger tags Hart, who pounds on Neidhart.
- Hart with the Russian Legsweep, and flying fistdrop.
- Luger hesitates, but tags.
- Luger puts Neidhart in the Rack, as Hart intercepts Bulldog.
- Neidhart holds on, but finally submits.
- Luger and Hart pace around each other.
- Hart wants a High-Five.
- Luger looks to the fans, and then gives it to him.
- We take another look at JJ Dillon ordering Scott Hall to show up for his match with Konnan.
- Match 6: Disco Inferno (w/Alex Wright) vs. Konnan
- Yes!!! DISCO!!!
- Disco is accompanied by Alex Wright.
- Unfortunately, they've just been hyping Konnan, so that means we'll see another Disco job.
- Wolfpac music brings out said Dogg.
- Big pop for Konnan.
- [INSERT STANDARD KONNAN "SPEAK ON DIS" HERE]
- Only change: Konnan refers to the "Dirty South." Hey! Watch your mouth!
- Disco gets the mic, and tells Konnan to hold on:
- Disco says that he and Alex have noticed that Konnan is trying to recruit for the Wolfpac: Page, etc.
- Disco says that he and Alex are ready to join the Wolfpac tonight.
- Konnan says he's got a couple of boys in lockup, and Disco and Alex can go "toss their salads."
- Konnan insults Wright's fashion, and Wright attacks.
- Disco and Wright doubleteam.
- Disco's advantage, though, is short-lived, as Konnan hits the carpetmuncher.
- Konnan with his rolling clothesline.
- Konnan locks on the Tequila Sunrise, and Disco taps out. Damnit, no offense from Disco tonight. That sucked!
- We go to where Tenay was interviewing the Armstrong Brothers for WCW International televison.
- Yes! Armstrongs!!!! Missing, though, is their friend, Sir Robert Dundee!
- They are out in the parking lot.
- Kitty B. Badd comes out and wants interview time.
- The Armstrong correctly make note of the fact that they never get interview time.
- The Armstrongs tell Kitty to get his sorry ass out of the way, and he leaves.
- Tenay starts the interview again, but Kitty starts kicking the Armstrongs down.
- A million dollars for the feline head of the infidel!!
- Norman Smiley comes out to yell at Kitty, but the security officers break it up.
- Could a Smiley push be here? Or will he be used to get "Kung Fu - The Sucking Continues" over?
- Tony is in the ring, and calls out Roddy Piper
- You can guarantee a U.K. basketball reference tonight.
- Piper always looks like a stunned bunny.
- Piper: "Kentucky, home of the Wildcats, and I was born a wildcat."
- Piper talks about being in a cage with the Wolfpac.
- He'll also be in there with Hogan.
- Piper talks about the WCW team, as well.
- Piper says DDP is the captain - "whooptie doo."
- Piper says he doesn't want DDP to tell him what to do.
- Piper refers to "Jerry Springer"
- Piper: "Winston Salem, the last war you had was a Civil War. This war isn't going to be civil"
- DDP's voice: "Hey, stupid, up here."
- Page is up in the crowd.
- Page says he never asked to be the captain of WCW, it was offered to him, because he earned it.
- Page says he never asked Piper - Piper volunteered.
- Page says he and Piper wanted to bring Warrior in to mess with the head of Hollywood Scum [Hogan].
- DDP says that Piper has been getting crazy, which is good for WCW.
- DDP says that Piper's right - when they're in the cage, he will make somebody feel something called "bang."
- Piper approves.
- Match 7: Rick Fuller vs. WCW World Heavyweight Champion Bill Goldberg
- Let's see, it's 9:50, Rick Fuller is coming to the ring....
- IT MUST BE GOLDBERG TIME!!! MY GOD!!!!
- It must be Fuller's turn in the jobber rotation tonight.
- Big Bad Goldberg gets his Elvis-like escort to the ring.
- Jackhammer. Splat. Win.
- Damnit, there I go jumping the gun again.
- Fuller attacks at the bell, but Goldberg tosses him.
- Goldberg hits a urinage, and pounds Fuller in the head.
- Fuller kicks him in the gut, hits a Big Boot, but Goldberg just bounces off the ropes and floors Fuller with a lariat.
- Goldberg hits the spear.
- Hogan and Disciple run in to pound on Goldberg.
- The ref is distracted with Fuller.
- They whip Goldberg into the corner, but Goldberg charges out.
- Hogan ducks, and Disciple eats the spear.
- Hogan rolls out of the ring, and Disciple does, too.
- Fuller starts to get up, and Goldberg goes to get him.
- Jackhammer. Splat. Win.
- Post-match, Hogan and Disciple jaw at Goldberg, who dares them to "come and get it."
- That was asanine. Uh-huh, the ref wouldn't have noticed that. That's pushing the boundaries of "willing suspension of disbelief."
- Match 8: Stevie Ray (w/Vincent) vs. Kevin Nash
- It's main event time.
- Tony actually admits that they tell us that every PPV event is the one we should buy.
- Stevie Ray comes down, accompanied by TMUMIW.
- Stevie gives his Rocky Maivia look again when he takes his shades off.
- Nash makes his way to the ring.
- Nash gets on the mic: "Big Sexy in tha [house]"
- Stevie flexes to big boos.
- Nash pushes Stevie into the corner, and Stevie goes to the eyes.
- Stevie unloads with big beefy rights, but Nash reverses a whip.
- Avalanche clothesline from Big Sexy.
- Nash with his patented knees in the corner, and the choke-with-the-boot.
- Nash eats elbow charging the corner, and gets met with a lariat.
- Side kick from Stevie.
- Stevie floors Nash with punches.
- Vincent gets some weak shots in while the ref is distracted.
- Big kneelift from Stevie, and an elbowdrop.
- Nash fights out of a chinlock with a low blow.
- Stevie goes back to the eyes.
- Nash reverses a whip, and hits the big boot.
- Nash sets up for the Jackknife.
- Vincent comes in as Nash Jackknifes Stevie.
- Vincent tries to block the move, but Nash connects. This leads to Stevie's DQ, though.
- Nash boots Vincent, and hits a HUGE Jackknife on him.
- Nash goes to get Stevie again, and SCOTT HALL runs out!!!
- Hall grabs Stevie's blackjack, and cold-clocks Nash.
- Hall puts the blackjack down the front of his pants, and poses for the crowd.
- nWo Hollywood comes out to cheer on Hall.
- Hogan bows to Hall.
- Hall drags Vincent out with him.
- Hall goes back in the ring to administer more punishment.
- Nash is slowly getting up, but gets beaten down each time he makes it up.
- Hall plays to the crowd in the ring, while the nWo cheers.
- The heels slowly walk down the aisle.
- We watch the nWo slowly walk to the back in the dark.
- Tony says we have a few more minutes left, and we'll watch them.
- They go into their locker room, and see "Warrior O.W.Ns Hollywood Hogan" spray-painted on the wall.
- With that, we fade to black......
