- Hi folks, we have a great show tonight. Three titles are at stake:
Cruiserweight, Tag, and an excellent TV matchup.
- Lenny Lane vs. WCW Cruiserweight Champ Billy Kidman
- Lane begins with a side headlock and a shouldberblock.
- Kidman reverses a suplex and lands a dropkick.
- Lane recovers, sending Kidman across the top cable.
- Kidman grabs Lane, flips off the turnbuckles and lands a bulldog.
- Kidman continues with a few kicks.
- Lane lands a scoop slam.
- Lane does the Scott Hall "It's over" wave, then does the People's Legdrop. Great stuff.
- Lane continues with a clothesline and a suplex.
- Kidman rolls up Lane for two.
- Lane retakes control with an elbow.
- Kidman lands a few chops, but misses a splash in the corner.
- Lane lands a bulldog.
- Kidman comes back with a lariat and a double leg sweep.
- Lane reverses Kidman's crossbody for two.
- Lane lands a jawbreaker and another bulldog.
- Lane tries to back drop Kidman, but Kidman reverses it, sending Lane's face into the mat.
- Kidman finishes off Lane with the Shooting Star Press.
- Great match to begin the show.
- Disco comes out, challenges Kidman to a match.
- Kidman says anytime, anywhere.
- Scott and Mike ramble.
- Barry Horowitz vs. Vincent
- Vincent controls most of the match.
- Horowitz grabs control near the end.
- Barry lands a leg drop and pats himself on the back.
- Vincent takes over with a knee to the face.
- Vincent continues with a jawbreaker.
- Vincent pulls Barry down on the mat.
- Vincent applies an armbar for the win.
- Hotline plug
- Rex King vs. Wrath
- Wrath dominates as usual.
- Rex King manages to land a shoulderblock, but Wrath absorbs it.
- Wrath sends it outside.
- Rex is introduced to the rails.
- Back inside, Wrath applies the pumphandle.
- Meltdown, and it's over.
- Meng vs. Hardbody Harrison
- Like the previous match, this is a quick squash.
- Meng no-sells Harrison's moves.
- Meng lands a piledriver to set up the end.
- Tongan Death Grip, and Meng is your winner.
- Bret Hanmer vs. Barry Darsow
- Darsow comes out in golf attire, complete with knickers and argyle socks, carrying a bag and a club.
- Darsow goes into the ring and grabs the mic.
- Barry says he's trying to make the PGA.
- He has tee time in thirty minutes.
- He asks Bret if he wouldn't mind if he walked out on the match.
- Darsow walks out, and Hanmer wins by countout.
- Scott Steiner chats with Mean Gene about Buff, Chuckie, and Rick
- Fit Finley vs. WCW TV Champ Chris Jericho
- Jericho criticizes Penzer's intro.
- Chris then introduces himself.
- Jericho stalls as the match begins.
- The two lock up and Jericho complains about a hair pull.
- Jericho applies a wristlock.
- Chris hip tosses Finley and continues the hold.
- Finley gets up and executes his own hip toss.
- Finley applies an armbar for a while.
- Jericho gets up, but Finley yanks his hair to pull him back down.
- Jericho fires back with a sidekick.
- Suplex by Jericho, followed by a sidemare takeover.
- Finley escapes out of Jericho's resting hold and delivers a slam.
- Finley delivers a lariat to send Jericho down.
- Jericho comes back with another kick, but Finley won't go down.
- The two try to shoulderblock each other, but no one goes down.
- Jericho executes several leapfrogs over Finley before Finley sends him down with an elbow.
- Finley sends Jericho across the apron to the crowd's delight.
- Finley grabs a chair, but Nick Patrick stops that attempt.
- Jericho kicks a distracted Finley from behind.
- Jericho then lands a running leap from the steps onto Finley.
- Back inside, Jericho tries a dropkick from the top, nailing Finley on the arm.
- Jericho applies an armbar on the injured arm.
- Finley reverses the armbar into an ankle lock.
- Finley delivers several European uppercuts.
- Finley runs off the ropes into the arms of Jericho.
- Jericho tries to apply the Liontamer, but Finley spins out.
- Finley lands a few more right hands.
- Jericho tries to splash Finley in the corner, but misses.
- Finley sets up the Tombstone, but Jericho manages to escape.
- Jericho tries a rollup for two.
- Jericho lands a slingshot body press.
- Finley kicks out of the pin attempt and fires back.
- Jericho counters with a backdrop.
- Jericho lands a lariat, but both men are sent outside.
- The bell rings.
- Jericho sends Finley across the rail.
- The match's fifteen-minute time limit has expired, so it is ruled a draw.
- This was perhaps the best match I've covered for DDT Digest.
- Gene interviews Wrath about Meng

- The Gambler vs. Saturn
- The Gambler carries a deck to the ring.
- Saturn dominates the match.
- Saturn lands a corkscrew suplex.
- Saturn executes the Spicolli Driver.
- One, two, three, that was another quick squash.
- Gene chats with Meng, who speaks in Tongan, Japanese, and French
- Hart/Sting recap
- Lodi vs. Konnan
- Lodi signs: "Lodi Rules Saturday Nite," "Raven Misses Lodi," and "Everybody Loves Lodi."
- Lodi grabs the mic, and tells "the gangsta' wannabe" to come out.
- Konnan comes out, and does his routine on the mic.
- Konnan rattles Lodi with some shots to begin.
- Konnan sets up Lodi on the canvas for a hard dropkick.
- Lodi manages to take control for a bit.
- Konnan fires back, sending Lodi's head to the mat.
- Konnan applies the Tequila Sunrise for the win.

- Mysterio and the Warrior will be on Thunder Thursday.
- WCW Tag Team Co-Champ Scott Hall vs. Disorderly Conduct
- Hall enters with toothpicks and a drink.
- Hall grabs the mic.
- Hall says he doesn't miss too many parties lately.
- Hall says that in the Constitution (it's actually in the Declaration of Independence), men are given the right of the pursuit of happiness, as he holds up his drink.
- He says he carries the Outsiders, so he'll give the Giant the night off.
- He says the survey says he's the best, and Nash can meet him down there.
- DC comes out
- Hall throws the toothpick at Mean Mike twice.
- Hall controls a bit, nailing Tom on the apron.
- DC begins to doubleteam.
- Hall fires back, landing a Fallaway slam.
- Hall flattens both members of DC.
- Hall asks the crowd which member of DC he should edge.
- Hall gives the Razor's Edge to Mean Mike.
- Hall then delivers it to Tough Tom.
- Hall stacks the two on top of each other.
- Hall sits down on top for the win.
- A PPV promo airs as we go.
