Well folks, here we are yet again. Not much to report so let's get this show on the road.

Match #1 Frankie Lancaster vs. The Maestro w/Symphony

Hudson is joined by the Brain this week and next week Larry Zybszko starts up.
Well, I'm in a good mood so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and calling this match.
Tie-up and a go behind from the Maestro.
Takeover to escape from Lancaster, but the Maestro hits a quick single leg trip.
Takeover and an armbar from Lancaster.
Headscissors locked on by the Maestro to escape.
Lancaster gets out with a side headlock, but the Maestro is in the ropes.
Tie-up and a side headlock from the Maestro who whips out of it.
Lancaster shoulder blocks him down before coming off the ropes to eat some hip toss.
Wristlock from the Maestro, until Lancaster hits a hip toss of his own.
The Maestro into the corner, Lancaster charges into a boot.
Quick elbow drop and a front chancery from the Maestro.
Inverted atomic drop to escape from Lancaster.
Big lariat from Lancaster.
Lancaster goes for a float over and appears to have landed badly on his knee.
Chop block from the Maestro and he locks on the STF.
Lancaster taps.

Decent match, I'm not sure if Lancaster's injury was legit or not, but he definitely landed badly on his knee.

We come back to Hudson standing in the booth all by himself until the Brain manages to get back from the john. From the sounds of things it's going to be a huge recap show this week.

Match #2 Power Company vs. Elix Skipper an Mark Jindrak

Skipper to start with Power Choad #1.
Skipper getting worked over by Choad1 until he comes back with a big dropkick.
Skipper ducks a lariat to his a crossbody for 2.
Hammerlock from Skipper, Choad1 elbows out and hits a scoop slam.
Choad2 tags in to get met with a Skipper right.
Wristlock from Skipper who tags in Jindrak who hits a dropkick for two.
Cover for two and Skipper tags in with a double back elbow.
Choad2 fights his way out of a wristlock, but Skipper takes control again.
Choad1 trips Skipper allowing Choad2 to take control.
Choad1 tags in and they hit a double team sledge to the small of SKipper's back.
Snap suplex for two.
Blatant choke from Choad1.
Choad2 chokes Skipper while Jindrak and Choad1 distract the ref.
Choad2 tags back in with a double team beatdown.
Choad1 tags back in to come off the top with a lariat while his partner powerbombs him.
Cover for two.
Skipper hard into the corner, but nobody is home for the charge.
Choad2 accidentally tags Choad1 letting Skipper tag Jindrak who comes in to clean house.
Jindrak goes old school with the double coconut crush.
Skipper tags in to hit a huge missile dropkick after which he lands on his feet.
Jindrak hits a springboard diving lariat while Skipper covers his choad.

Great match, Skipper and Jindrak carried it because the Power Company is a bunch of juiced choads, but they carried it very well.

We come back to a replay of what's been going on with the New Harlem Heat and Booker T. We see Booker apparently getting out of jail in time to make it to Thunder and fight Stevie Ray. I like pissed off Booker T

Match #3 Disco Inferno w/ the Mamalukes vs. Bad Barry Horowitz

Horowitz talking some trash to start things.
Tie-up and Horowitz used the hair to stop a reversal of his armbar.
Tie-up and a side headlock from Horowitz.
Disco whips out and gets shoulderblocked down.
And again.
Tie-up and Disco with a side headlock.
Horowitz whips out and eats some shoulderblock.
Disco comes off the ropes and runs into a hip toss.
Disco offers his hand to Horowitz and suckers him into a kick.
Disco kicks in the corner.
Inverted atomic drop from Disco.
Side Russian leg sweep from Disco.
He follows up with an elbow drop for two.
Disco choking Horowitz on the rope.
Big Vito sneaks in a right as the ref breaks them up.
Wristlock from Disco, Barry tries to sucker punch him in the corner, but Disco blocks.
Whip to the opposite corner, but nobody is home.
Slingshot belly to back from Barry.
Backbreaker for two from Horowitz.
Horowitz with a three quarter nelson to an inside cradle for two.
Horowitz trying to lock on a type of Texas cloverleaf.
European uppercut from Horowitz.
Disco coming back with some rights.
Whip to the corner reversed by Horowitz, but nobody is home.
Horowitz comes out into a Disco lariat for two.
Big back elbow from Disco for another two.
Disco off the ropes with a swinging neckbreaker.
Another cover for two.
Irish whip, hip toss blocked by Horowitz who hits a double over hook suplex.
Vito distracts Horowitz, letting Disco hit the last dance.

Good match, but both of the participants are two of my favorites so I'm biased.

Match #4 Buzzkill vs. Bobby Eaton

Buzzkill offers the handshake, but Eaton refuses.
Tie-up, Eaton with a clean break in the corner.
Wristlock from Eaton reversed by Buzzkill.
Eaton bulls Buzzkill into the corner again, but this time takes the cheap shot.
Buzzkill reverses a whip into the corner, Eaton bounces out into a back body drop.
Standing dropkick and a cover for two by Buzzkill.
Armbar from Buzzkill, Eaton fights out and hits a standing abdominal stretch.
Armdrag takeover from Buzzkill.
Right hand from Eaton sends Buzzkill outside.
Buzzkill into the guardrail.
Eaton going for a standing suplex, Buzzkill escapes and shoves Eaton into the post.
Back inside, Buzzkill runs Eaton into the ropes Eaton holds on and Buzzkill bounces off.
Buzzkill springs up and hits the Buzzkiller.

Good match, but it was too short. This show has been good so far, but I still have painful memories of last week's show.

We come back to discussion and a replay of the waves of dissension in the nWo. I guess they figured Hall would be better off not to be in the nWo. Who knows and, more importantly, who really cares? We also get a replay of Jarrett getting stripped of his power and Hall becoming a World Title contender on top of it.

Match #5 Shark Boy vs. Screamin' Norman Smiley

Tie-up and Norman just tosses Shark Boy.
Tie-up and a go behind from Shark Boy. Standing switch from Norman.
Side headlock from Norman.
Sharky whips out gets shouldered down and comes back with the old bite the ass attack.
Slingshot plancha from Sharky.
Back in the ring, Norman hits the wind up slam.
Norman teases the wiggle.
Big avalanche clothesline from Smiley.
Delayed butterfly slam from Smiley.
Rear chinlock locked on by Smiley.
Irish whip, Sharky goes for the sunset flip, but Smiley picks him up into a body scissors. Smiley goes for the slam, but Sharky reverses into a face plant.
Punches and a bite in the corner from Shark Boy.
Scoop slam from Shark boy and a cover for two.
Reverse chinlock by Shark Boy.
SMiley elbows his way out, but Sharky retakes control with a dropkick.
Sharky covers for two again.
Irish whip and Shark Boy ducks his head.
Irish whip from Smiley and a back elbow.
Shark Boy reverse a whip into the corner, but charges into a boot.
Out of the corner Smiley ducks a right and locks on the Norman Conquest.
Shark Boy taps.

Decent match overall. Shark Boy needs to bulk up and get rid of the bush league gimmick if he wants to stick it out in the big league, but he has the talent to do it if he can.

We come back to the Total Package calling out Jimmy Hart on Nitro and putting him in the Torture Rack.

Match #6 3-Count vs. Adrian Byrd

Looks like it's going to be a 1-1 match between Byrd and Karagias.
Oh well, they were doing so well, but . . .
Long story short: 3-Count actually playing the heels in this one with Shane and Shannon beating on Byrd on the outside. Byrd gets some offense in with some power moves, but Karagias takes the win with the twisting splash.
YOUR WINNER: Evan Karagias via pinfall.
I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt to 3-Count if they would wrestle somebody decent.

We come back to a return of Miss Hancock coming out during the Tag Title match on Thunder. We see Crowbar and Daphne come out post match and steal the belts.

Match #7 The Mamalukes w/ Disco Inferno vs. Idol and Lane

The Mamalukes with a sneak attack as Lane and Idol get out of their gear.
Double team beatdown on Idol to start.
Johnny and Idol are going to start the actual match.
Quick tag to Lane who drills Johnny from behind and covers for a quick two count.
Idol back in with a jumping knee lift.
Lane tags back in to follow an Idol back elbow with a springboard back elbow of his own.
Cover for two again.
Disco grabs Lane long enough to allow big Vito to tag him.
Spinning heel kick from Johnny and a cover for two.
Vito tags in with some rights on Lane.
Vito biting Lane's forehead.
Tag to Johnny the Bull and they hit a double team elbow and spinning neckbreaker combo for two.
Vito tags back in with their double hip toss and double slam move.
Idol trying to get in as the double team beatdown continues.
Diving lariat for two from Vito.
Irish whip and a sunset flip for two from Lane.
Big standing front kick from Vito to regain control.
Chops in the corner from Vito.
The Armstrong brothers are watching at ring side.
Back in the ring Vitro misses a corner charge letting Lane make the hot tag.
Idol comes in a house of far with a powerslam on Vito for two.
It looks like a double team lariat, but Steve Armstrong pulls Lane and Idol outside to cause the DQ

Post match Disco comes to thank the Armstrongs and gets beatdown himself. After that all hell breaks loose as all three teams fight each other around the arena.

We return to a big discussion of Flair and Funk coming up at Superbrawl. We get a replay of David Flair taking on Terry Funk this last week on Nitro. We also see Arn Anderson taking his stance on Ric's behavior. We then move into Dustin Rhodes going off on Flair until Lex Luger comes in to save him from Funk.

We return again with a discussion of the World Title situation and letting us know that Sid Vicious is going to be here later on.

Match #8 Villano IV and V vs. The Harris Brothers

Tie-up and Ron Harris is beating on Villano IV, let's say.
Charge in the corner and Ron eats some boot.
IV tries to come off the top, but Ron catches him and hits a big powerslam.
Cover for two.
Whip to the corner again and this time Ron follows in with a vicious avalanche clothesline.
Don tags in and gets sent outside by a Villano dropkick.
Baseball slide dropkick on the outside and a double sledge on Don.
Ron comes to help out his brother and the Harris brothers retake control.
Beatdown in the corner from Don.
Irish whip and a big sidewalk slam.
Ron tags back in and they hit a double slapjack.

After the match we get a replay of Bam Bam Bigelow winning the hardcore title thanks to Fit Finlay.

Match #9 Al Green vs. Sid Vicious for the WCW World Heavyweight Championship

Wow, Green is back to being the number one title contender again.
Vicious levels Green with the yakuza kick and signals for the chokeslam.
One handed chokeslam on Green.
Vicious signals for the powerbomb and there it is.

The Harris Brothers come in post match to try and stop Sid. As Sid takes control, Jarrett comes in and Sid almost kicks his ass too, but Jarrett beats a hasty retreat to end the show.

Not a bad show, only one long story short this week and it almost wasn't until I saw that Karagias was wrestling Adrian Byrd. Next report I will be turning the ripe old age of 22 so I might have to come up with something special. Until then, have a good one!
