TRIVIA QUESTIONS THAT I NEED ANSWERED: I need to know who sang the Wrestlemania Rap at Wrestlemania 10 (I think it was Salt 'n' Peppa or however you spell it) and who Triple H wrestled in his WWF debut. You know the answer? E-mail me it and you'll get something.
You might be wondering why pictures weren't in the Nitro report last night. Well, in all reality I fell asleep early last night and woke up at 8:00 A.M, around the same time Bill would be putting the report online. So, I figured I'd capture the pictures and send them to him in the afternoon. I watched the tape (Ninety minutes of it, no clue what happened to the tape with the last half hour) and besides Muta in his robe, pictures would be useless.
No mailbag this week.
And just to say, Nitro was very good last night. Minus the "everyone blow your spot" match of Jung Dragons vs. Three Count (which I think should be much better at the PPV) and poor Allan Funk as Kiwi. What the f*** was Vince Russo thinking by giving him that gimmick?
Clips from Nitro play. Wait! Wait! A close-up of Our Patron Saint is shown. I can only pray he'll be doing commentating tonight.
In the parking lot "The man, the myth, the legend" OUR PATRON SAINT and that Booker T guy arrives at the arena. Tonight they'll wrestle in a main event tag match.
Jeff Jarrett makes his way down to the ring.

Mike Tenay is back at the booth. Bobby Heenan makes fun of him some more.
Tenay: "I saw my life flash before my eyes."
Heenan: "Couldn't have been long."
Hah!
Jeff comes down to the commentating booth and sits down.

Crowbar (w/a purple hair Daffney) vs. "Above Average" Mike Sanders

Someone e-mailed me and told me that Daffney is actually engaged to a member of the band Stuck Mojo. Thanks man. Thinking about it, anyone remember that Stuck Mojo video where The Flock and I believe DDP was in it? Didn't think so.
Crowbar is awesome.
Woah! A member of the Re-Enforcers (w/Allan Funk) "Above Average" Mike Sanders runs down to the ring with his hair dyed black. Looks pretty good.
Sanders slides into the ring and jumps Crowbar.
Sanders sends Crowbar off the ropes and hits a sweet hiptoss slam type move.
Daffney is screaming loud.
Jackass Tony: "Is this Mike Sanders? I understand this is his debut."
You've only commentated on like four or more of his Worldwide matches.
Crowbar gains the advantage. He then jumps over Sanders in the corner.
Crowbar ducks a clothesline then hits a great German suplex.
Lenny Lane is in the crowd with a "USE ME" sign again.
Crowbar clotheslines Sanders.
Sanders goes under Crowbar and hits a Taz-like suplex that I really ought to know the name of.
Crowbar goes to the outside of the ring. Sanders baseball slides out but Crowbar goes to the ground.
Sanders plays like he doesn't know where he is and hits some punches. Crowbar then runs right into a superkick by Sanders.
Crowbar goes to backdrop Sanders but only ends up sending Sanders onto the ring apron. Sanders then goes off with a great moonsault.
Back in the ring Sanders beats on him some more.
Sanders hit a kneedrop, doing some dancing before it.
Hey, if a People's Elbow can be so damn effective, why can't an Above Average Kneedrop be effective?
I can just imagine the t-shirts.
Sanders executes a sleeperhold as Jeff rants about Booker T.
Crowbar ducks a clothesline and hits a Spicolli Driver.
Crowbar backdrops Sanders twice.
Crowbar executes a Northern Lights suplex for a two count.
Sanders reverses a whip, but ducks his head allowing Crowbar to grab him by the hair and throw him to the mat.
Crowbar hits a slingshot splash and follows it up with a moonsault from the second rope (AKA The Lion Sault from that guy that used to work for WCW).
Crowbar scores an average two count.
Mike Sanders reverses a whip into the ropes. When he runs in Crowbar picks him up and sends him onto the apron.
Sanders jumps in with a headscissors takedown.
Sanders runs into Crowbar. Crowbar puts him on the top rope.
Sanders pushes Crowbar off.
As the ref checks on Crowbar, Daffney goes up to the top rope and executes the Frankenscreamer.
I guess that no interference rule has been forgotten.
Daffney really has learned how to do that move. She lands on her knees just like you're supposed to take the move.
Crowbar then clotheslines Sanders over the top rope.
Crowbar hits him with a chair.
Daffney is cheering in the ring.
Crowbar sets Sanders up on a chair and slingshots himself over and onto him.
Crowbar landed on the chair a little bit and sells it when he gets back in the ring.
As the ref gets Daffney to leave the ring, the Above Average One grabs Jarrett's guitar.
Sanders kabongs Crowbar with it.
Sanders covers and gets the pinfall at around five minutes.
Jarrett is pissed at the announce booth.
So, I wonder what member of the Re-Enforcers feels he's doing better in the wrestling world. Mike Sanders just won a match over Crowbar using a main eventer's weapon. That's great for a rookie. And Allan Funk is a stylist named Kiwi who wears pink clothes and slippers. I pick Sanders, what about you?
Daffney checks on Crowbar after Sanders leaves.
Aren't they supposed to continue the angle that Crowbar has puppy love for Daffney? Couldn't he have looked over to her with a smile during the match or something?

As the announcers babble at the booth, Lenny Lane has been escorted from the arena by security. Jeff Jarrett is then shown picking up the rest of his guitar and taunting a fan, saying he won't get the guitar.
Booker T, minus Our Patron Saint comes down the aisle.

Jarrett taunts him to come down to the ring and behind him is Rick Steiner.
Booker T turns around in time and beats on Steiner.
Our Patron Saint runs down to the ring and makes the save.
Jarrett and Booker T brawl in the ring and Stevie Ray and Rick Steiner are brawling on the outside of the ring.
Security runs down to the ring to restore some order.
Commercial time.

Backstage, Daffney tells Crowbar that no one messes with him. She then takes a chair and runs off screaming, looking for Mike Sanders.
As the security is bringing Lenny Lane out, The Cat calls them off and asks Lenny what he's doing. Lenny says that he's out here for all the Laniacs (me being one of them) who want their fearless leader on TV again. The Cat: "When did you become a leader? You a jobber." The Cat takes a pebble out of his back pocket (always gotta carry a pebble around with you) and says that if he can get the pebble out of his hand, he can be back on TV. Lenny grabs the pebble right away and The Cat yells at him because he didn't say go. The Cat says go and Lenny takes the pebble right away. The Cat says that he still doesn't have his job back and that he has to fight The Wall in a Tables Match tonight.
The Canadian Heavyweight Champion Lance Storm makes his way down to the ring.

Lance says that before he begins, Lance thinks it's appropriate we all stand up for the Canadian National Anthem.
Lance Storm stands there with that stern look on his face.
At the announce booth, the announcers are standing up for the Anthem.
Lance Storm says he wants to talk about the history of that title. Guys like Terry Funk, Dusty Rhodes, Sting (which gets a huge pop), Flair, Jarrett, and Goldberg. Bret Hart's not included.
Lance says that when he's looking at the names, he says that he deserves better.
Lance declares the US Title dead and buried.
Lance renames it The Canadian Heavyweight Title. He then puts a Canadian flag sticker on the belt.
Lance says that as a Canadian wrestler, he respects each and every fan in the audience.
Lance then calls for security to bring a fan into the ring.
Big fat women comes into the ring.
Lance says that because she's a wrestling fan he respects her.
Lance says that it's not her fault that due to a poor educational system and a minimum wage job that she can't afford to join a gym. Hah! That was funny.
Mike Awesome runs down to the ring and double underhook slams him.
I hate this fat women gimmick.
Chris Kanyon is in the ring and he sizes the women up for a Kanyon Cutter. Awesome jumps him too and sets him up for an Awesome Bomb.
Storm attacks Awesome and they double team them.
Buff Bagwell runs into the ring and they both clothesline them to the outside.

Backstage, Jeff Jarrett talks to Mike Sanders. He offers him some advice, then whacks him with a guitar and tells him never to use Jarrett's guitar. Just a random thing involving guitars. A year ago I talked to Big Dick Dudley over the phone and asked him how many guitar shots he's probably taken in his life he said he had no idea while laughing. In case you don't remember or haven't seen them, whenever New Jack would battle The Dudley Boys, Big Dick would get a guitar shot to the head.
Backstage, Hancock tells David that she lined him up a Cruiserweight Title match against Loco tonight. Loco won the title? Geez, forgot all about that.
Tables Match: Lenny Lane vs. The Wall

Jesus, I haven't seen The Wall (besides WCW Worldwide, which apparently doesn't exist to Tony with what he said about Mike Sanders) since Great American Bash.
The Wall pounds on Lenny until Lenny eye gouges him.
Lenny then runs rights into a powerslam.
The Wall beils Lenny out of the corner.
The Wall slams Lenny down.
The Wall sets Lenny up on the top rope. Lenny throws him off and jumps off with an elbow.
Lenny runs at The Wall but The Wall throws him and Lenny lands throat first on the top rope.
Damn! Lenny went really high on that move.
The Wall goes for a table but Lenny baseball slides him. Lenny jumps off the apron and jumps right into a choke.
The Wall then throws him on the guardrail, then into the ring.
The Wall sets up a table.
The Wall gets up on the apron and Lenny knocks him off and through the table for the win at around two a half minutes by my guess.
Woah! Lenny won!

Backstage, Captain Rection gives The Misfits their mission. Nothing of interest besides Loco saying that if anyone touches his belt, he'd kill them.
Mike Sanders is just getting up from the guitar shot from Jeff Jarrett. Daffney then runs up to him and hits with a chair. Daffney: "How do you like that rookie?" HAH!
In Lenny's locker room The Wall comes up to him and shakes his hand saying "buddy system." He must have taken a dive.
Kronic is getting some photos taken as the Filthy Animals approach. They then sneak into Kronic's locker room.
WCW Cruiserweight Title Match: David Flair (w/Miss Hancock) vs. Lieutenant Loco (w/MIA)

Once again I'm going to call Loco, Chavo, because of the fact that I always seem to screw up.
Chavo jumps the suited David Flair and hits a side suplex for a two count.
Miss Hancock distracts Chavo allowing David to gain the advantage.
David hits a suplex on Chavo.
Two count.
David sends him off the ropes and Chavo ducks a clothesline then hits that twisting clothesline thing.
Atomic drop, dropkick, head into the corner a few times.
Chavo takes off David's shirt and chops him some more.
Chavo runs at David and David catches him and drops him on the top rope.
Hancock gives David a chair, but the ref makes him put it down.
Chavo goes for a sunset flip from the apron but Hancock holds on to David. Major Gunns then jumps in and breaks it, allowing Chavo to roll him up for a two count.
And because Ed Ferrera loves women fighting, Major Gunns starts chasing Hancock up the aisle.
Back in the ring Chavo hits a Tornado DDT onto the chair for the win at around three minutes.
For David Flair, good match.
Major Gunns takes the microphone and says that she's going to do it because Hancock can't.
Hancock gives that surprised look as Major Gunns takes off her top and goes down to revive David Flair.
Hancock runs down to the ring and a catfight ensues.
The boys break them up.
I can imagine Oklahoma. "Catfight, Catfight, Catfight! Hey, you know Miss Hancock is a three time All American Champion at Hooters, Hooters, Hooters!" God, don't bring that character back.

Back to Lenny's locker room. The Cat comes in and reinstates Lenny since he won the match. He then fires The Wall and tells him "get out of here you freak." The Wall snaps and starts choking the life out of The Cat. Security runs in.
Once again Mike Sanders is just getting up from the chairshot from Daffney. "Positively" Kanyon then runs in and gives him a Kanyon Cutter! BANG! Damn, that was funny.
I like the New Blood Rising promo.
The Cat is holding his throat and coughing in the back. The flutes come on and Jamisan falls down from the roof. Kaz and Yang come from the other end and Kaz kicks The Cat in his litter bags. The Jung Dragons then beat him down to the ground.
The Great Muta vs. Tank Abbott

Muta sure looks scary.
The bell rings and it's a slobberknocker to start it off.
Muta with one of those cool kicks of his.
Apparently Mike Tenay hurt his voice some more so he's not the announce booth anymore.
The Jung Dragons run in and Tank knocks them down. The Jung Dragons then jump him again and drop him down.
The Cat then runs into the ring and sends them all outside of the ring.
Muta spits the mist into The Cat's eyes.
Tank knocks him out with the punch and gets the pin at around forty five seconds.
Umm... That sure was...

Gene is with the MIA and Major Gunns. Major Gunns: "New Blood Rising. I want Miss Hancock." Gunns then challenges her to a ROTC match. It's a Rip Off The Camouflage match. Gene is one horny old man.
Kronic enter their locker room and it's trashed from the Filthy Animals. They threaten a crew member and tell him to stay by the door. Kanyon then Kanyon Cuts the crew member! Of all the things in WCW I like, Kanyon is on the top of my list.
Jeff Jarrett and Rick Steiner are discussing their plan for the match tonight. Scott Steiner's hooker, I mean hoochie, comes in and says she'll do anything. OK...
Kronic vs. Juventud Guerrera, Rey Mysterio Jr, and Disco Inferno (w/Konnan and Tygress)

Rey and Juvi are wearing Kronic's jackets.
Rey and Juvi are also putting eye drops in their eyes for some reason. Presumably a reference to bloodshot eyes from smoking pot.
The most annoying thing about WCW minus Kiwi. Konnan's "You like this shirt? Touch it. That's enough." That is really annoying.
Konnan has joined the announce booth. My TV is on mute right now.
Clark jumps Juvi.
Juvi slides under Clark and sends him off the ropes where Juvi ducks a clothesline.
Juvi then gets chokeslammed out of being caught in a reverse powerbomb type position.
Two count by Clark when Disco and Rey come in and break it up. We then get some really weird music and image to remind us that New Blood Rising is ONLY 25 DAYS AWAY.
Hey, I don't need to be reminded. My uncle tapes me every wrestling PPV. I tried to sit through the Triple H vs. Rock Iron Man Match but couldn't. That sure did suck.
Adams and Rey are tagged in.
Rey ducks under a clothesline and punches him with no effect.
Adams then chokes him and Rey slides under the ring.
These little man vs. big men matches are hard to call with all the ducking and fast stuff.
Adams jumps over the top rope and to the outside of the ring.
Rey fakes Adams out by swinging himself back into the ring.
Adams slides in and Rey hits him some more.
Rey goes off the ropes and slides under Adams, then jumps off the second rope backwards and Adams catches him in a big full nelson slam.
Disco Inferno gets powerslammed onto Rey.
Adams tags out to Clark.
Double shoulderblock by the Tag Team Champions to Rey.
Rey then quickly sends Clark into his corner.
As Disco chokes Clark on the first rope, Juvi drops a leg on him.
The FA pound on Clark on the corner, then gives Clark a bronco buster.
Juvi jumps of Rey and Clark catches him.
Clark, while holding Juvi, gives Rey a big boot.
Clark then slaps Juvi.
Rey tags out to Disco Inferno who gets clothesline.
Spinning backbreaker to Rey.
Clothesline to Juvi.
Another spinning backbreaker to Rey.
They go for High Time but Disco breaks it up, then runs to the outside scared. \
HUGE Meltdown to Juvi.
There's High Time for Disco.
Adams covers for a two count when Rey breaks up the pin.
Kronic sends both Rey and Juvi to the outside of the ring.
Holy shit! Great move! Clark sets Juvi up for a powerbomb. Adams jumps off the top rope with a clothesline and Clark goes back down with the powerbomb!
And to think, close to a year ago Clark was Wrath, a big guy who squashed jobbers. Adams was the worst, he was the Kiss Demon.
Adams then makes the cover for the win at around four minutes and twenty seconds.

In the back Shane Douglas and Torrie are walking and talking. Shane has something in the bag that he can't show Torrie but that she'll enjoy. Damn, she's hot.
Shane Douglas and Torrie make their way down to the ring.

Shane says we're going to talk about some facts.
The first one is that WCW made their best decision by signing him and runs down the things he's great at.
I think Cubs Fan would beg to differ.
Shane pulls out what's in the bag and it's this month's Stuff Magazine.
God, WCW is really advertising that.
The question in the magazine was what puts her, Torrie Wilson, in the mood for love.
Shane tells her to use the sexy she used last night.
Torrie: "When I work out with my man, I swear I can not keep my hands off of him. I'm like, I wanna rip your clothes off. Are you going to take my somewhere? Come on?"
Shane says that the one thing that turns her on the most is a man working out.
Shane then takes a weight and starts lifting it as he disses Kidman.
Torrie is rubbing Shane as he's working out.
As they start to make out, Kidman runs down to the ring and attacks Shane.
A dropkick to Shane knocks him down.
Kidman takes Torrie. Shane takes the weight and knocks Kidman in the neck with it.
Kidman's out like a light.
Torrie stands over Kidman, is about to slap him, but decides against it and leaves with Shane.

Jimmy Baron is in the back at a pay phone.

Baron: "It's time for the Road Report and I forgot my cell phone one."
The Perfect Event come in.
Chuck: "Dude, it's imperative you use 1-800-Call-ATT."
Jimmy: "You're right."
The Road Report then comes on like normal.
Baron: "Thanks guys. Mission accomplished thanks to 1-800-Call-ATT."
Stasiak: "Dude, take mine. But I never want to hear that you lost your call phone again. It's getting old."
Palumbo: "Dude."
Kanyon then gives him a Kanyon Cutter!
HAH!!!!!!!! THAT WAS THE FUNNIEST THING I'VE SEEN IN WRESTLING FOR A LONG TIME!

In the back Gene is talking to The Artist. The Artist says that Paisley has lost her mind and challenges any champion. Big Vito the sneaks up behind him with a pool stick. That was quick.
WCW Hardcore Title Match: Big Vito vs. The Artist

Thinking of hardcore wrestling here I gotta recommend you check out this link. It includes a letter from XPW owner Rob Black where he totally disses those "other guys," ECW.
Why am I including this? In my opinion, ECW was totally wrong in this situation. Here's a quote taken from the article. They started beating up on Jimmy, and that was it with Paul Heyman screaming, "F*** you guys! F*** Rob Black, you f***ing c*******ers." Paul Heyman, you've won the unofficial "Idiot Of The Month Award" from me.
Vito throws The Artist right into a room where :shudder: Kiwi and Paisley are standing.
The Artist gains advantage and throws an ironing board on top of Vito.
The Artist throws Kiwi aside, and then decks him. The Artist hits him with the ironing board, too.
Vito gains the advantage and continues to pound him.
A young woman is in the back trying to help Kiwi up.
The Artist and Vito brawl down to ringside.
The Artist hits Big Vito with a chair a couple times.
Into the ring they go.
The Artist hits a dropkick.
Elbow drop to crotch.
The Artist breaks a piece of wood for a two count.
A few Singapore Cane shots from The Artist and he scores a two count.
Vito leapfrogs him and runs into a mafia kick.
Vito gives The Artist a suplex.
Vito goes to the top rope and hits the big elbow.
Vito sets the cone up and sticks it to him with the stickball bat.
Vito brings a table into the ring.
The Artist goes to hit Vito with the belt but Vito knocks him down.
Damn pre-broken tables! Vito and The Artist go onto it for a DDT attempt from Big Vito. The table then breaks.
Vito hits The Artist with a trashcan.
Vito nails the Swinging DDT for the win at around five minutes.

In the back, Mike Awesome is with some fat chick named Ruth. God, I hate this new gimmick with Awesome. Awesome gives the idea for her to come out with them but Bagwell says that it's a better idea for them to just go out and win. Awesome then leaves Ruth behind and Bagwell gives off a sighing expression.
Some hot chick is just standing there doing a stripper type dance. Don't know why, but hey, it's a hot chick just standing there doing a stripper type dance.
"Positively" Kanyon and Lance Storm vs. Buff Bagwell and Mike Awesome

Kanyon yells "Buy my book" coming down to the ring. Hah.
Lance Storm had David Penzer call it the Canadian National Anthem and calls for the Anthem to be played.
Kanyon plays along with it until the faces run into the ring.
Awesome shoulderblocks Storm in the ring.
Awesome catches Storm out of a leap frog and belly-to-backs him.
Awesome clotheslines Storm to the outside of the ring.

Bagwell hits a neckbreaker on Kanyon in the ring.
Bagwell nails a Russian Legsweep.
Kanyon tags out to Lance Storm.
A "USA" chant starts up.
Storm runs into a boot after a short lived advantage.

Awesome slingshots himself in with a shoulderblock.
Big belly-to-back by Awesome.
Lance Storm gets a BIG Awesome Bomb for a two count.
Kanyon goes for a Kanyon Cutter but Awesome reveres it into a German suplex.
Awesome goes off the top rope with a big Frog Splash for a two count when Lance breaks it up.
Bagwell crossbodys Kanyon to the outside of the ring.
In the ring, Awesome misses a run into the corner.
Lance Storm puts the Canadian Maple Leaf on Awesome.
Buff Bagwell, though, goes off the top rope with the Buff Blockbuster for a sure pinfall.
Kanyon pulls the ref out of the ring at two.
Kanyon pulls the ref in front of him and the ref gets a baseball slide from Buff.
Kanyon whacks Bagwell with the book.
In the ring, Mike Awesome has Lance Storm up for the Awesome Bomb.
Kanyon runs in and hits him in the stomach with the book and follows it up with the Kanyon Cutter for the win at around four and a half minutes.

In the back, Gene talks with Rick Steiner, Jeff Jarrett (with a third guitar), and the hoochie. Nothing special. Steiner promotes violence, Jarrett calls him Jurassic Slapass, and then says that it's NOYFB.
The Cat wants to know what it stands for and leaves mad, saying he's sick of those guys.
In the back, Gene talks with Harlem Heat. Our Patron Saint talks about his usual great things. Booker T then throws out the usual with "Don't hate the player, hate The Game" ending it.
Scott Hudson in an interview with Kevin Nash.

On the subject of Nash losing the match for Scott Hall's contract, Nash said that the company wasn't going to have Scott Hall return, even if he won.
Nash says the only time this place has been "popped" was when Nash and Hall were there.
Nash: "What you got here is people who don't know the wrestling business running the wrestling business."
Hudson talks about Scott Hall getting injured a lot.
Nash says that Hall is 100% right now.
Nash says that the injury rumours are coming from people who don't want him back.
I'm spreading the injury rumours?
Nash says that Hall is a real human being and he says exactly what he feels.
Nash says that he'll stay with WCW for 17 months and after that, who knows?
Nash says that the situation with Goldberg is the company gave him power too quickly.
Nash says that nine years from now, Goldberg still wouldn't have paid his dues and that he doesn't like the business.
Nash's respect level for Booker T is that he has paid his dues.
Nash says it's good to see guys like him make it.
Isn't he the booker who held young guys back?
Nash seems like he's about to throw up at one point in this interview.
Nash says that the internet invades his privacy.
On the Three Way Match, Nash says that things are going to go this way no matter how it's booked.
Nash says he's going to go over because he said so.
Hogan also said that and what happened to him?
Nash says he's going to do a Bret Hart. And in a stern, deep voice he says, "I guarantee I'm going to win."

Booker T has an arm lock on Rick and the hoochie goes to the top rope.
The Cat tells her to get her hoochie ass over to him and to come to him.

The Cat puts the hoochie on a leash, connected to him.
In the ring, Our Patron Saint hits the greatest big boot I've ever seen.
Outside of the ring, Our Patron Saint sends Jarrett into the guardrail with the best throw ever.
Back into the ring Jarrett hits a Russian Legsweep on Stevie Ray.
Steiner hits a Steinerline on Our Patron Saint and gets a two count.

Both wrestlers get tagged in.
Big side kicks from Booker T. Axe kick onto Jarrett. Spinnerooni, Spinnerooni, Spinnerooni! Booker T gets a two count on Jarrett.
The Patron Saint and Rick brawl on the outside of the ring.
Jarrett crotches Booker T on the top rope and goes off with a superplex.
Booker T flips over onto Jarrett and gets the pinfall at around five minutes and twenty seconds.
Jarrett kabongs Booker T with the guitar.
And with that, we go to black.

The Good: Our Patron Saint is wonderful. The Perfect Event/Jimmy Baron segment was funny as hell. Mike Sanders did great tonight. Both Nitro and Thunder seemed to concentrate more on WRESTLING then crap tonight.
The Bad: Kiwi. Nuff' said.
The Ugly: Kiwi. Nuff' said.
