- We are live from Las Cruces, NM. In addition, Scott Steiner, Kevin Nash, Jeff Jarrett and Vince Russo walk out of a limo.
- Match #1: Dark Carnival (w/ Great Muta) vs. Three Count
- Apparently, Scott Hudson is a no-show tending to his expecting wife.
- As Three Count hits the ring, Great Muta does commentary.
- Vamp dumps 3 Count from the ring, and Muta does some rambling foreign commentary.
- 3 Count come back off the top hitting various moves on the heels.
- The match ends up outside, and they bring Vamp back in for a double suplex.
- 3 Count hit the combined facejam for two.
- ICP whip their opponents, but they counter and clothesline the clowns out of the ring.
- Vamp gets a double suplex as well.
- Why is Muta on commentary?
- Moore ducks under Vamp but gets clotheslined to the mat.
- Vamp with the Nail In the Coffin.
- Violent J does a fireman's carry into a Samoan Drop.
- Shaggy 2 Dope follows up off the top turnbuckle with a legdrop for the win.

- The Iron Man knockoff brings out Vince Russo and Friends.
- Russo: "You cheer Scott Steiner, you cheer Kevin Nash, you cheer me."
- Russo calls his team the elite group in WCW.
- Russo says the band is back together.
- Russo talks about Goldberg wanting to do things the hard way.
- Russo turns it over to Jarrett.
- Blah blah blah, Chosen One, blah blah, stroke, blah blah.
- Jarrett asks if anyone can stop the three men in the ring (Nash, Steiner and himself).
- I should point out Nash's "Outsider nWo" wifebeater.
- Jarrett challenges Mike Awesome to a Bunkhouse Brawl match at Fall Brawl.
- It should be noted that Steiner gets a face pop when he speaks. Oh wait, he just called the crowd "white trash", never mind.
- Steiner makes fun of Goldberg's girlfriend.
- Nash talks about calling himself Big Sexy two years ago.
- Nash says he should have called himself The Puppetmaster.
- Nash says every couple of months he sucks the fans in to buy his merchandise.
- Now that said merchandise is all sold, the real side of Nash is shown.
- Nash says he doesn't care about the fans.
- The crowd gets a "Goldberg" chant going.
- Nash tells the crowd to chant for Goldberg and Booker, because he'll be the next world champ at Fall Brawl.
- Russo offers to correct Nash.
- Russo says Nash won't be champ at Fall Brawl -- but tonight.
- Russo will ensure no screwjob in the match by making Jarrett the special referee inside the ring, and Steiner the outside ring enforcer.
- That's right, because it's all about making the heel challenger to the title look weak.
- Booker T walks out.
- Booker says he speaks for everyone in the arena by asking Russo to shut the hell up.
- Booker says that no one in the ring can back it up.
- Booker does his catchphrase ("Save the drama for your mama").
- Booker says there will be a beatdown tonight.
- Booker tells Russo to make a decision on which one of his troops gets whipped.
- Russo calls himself a gentleman and tells Booker to walk to the ring.
- Russo tells the NBT to part the aisle as Booker walks.
- We get The Cat and Ms. Jones in the entryway now.
- Cat says he's the boss and the fans don't want to see Russo.
- Russo calls Cat "Dolemite."
- Cat tells Jones to get his karate gi from the car.
- Cat and Booker hit the ring.
- Cat gets in Russo's face and tells him to leave.
- Cat turns his back and gets a kick to the 'nads.
- It's a four-on-two heel beatdown.
- The Filthy Animals make the save, but the NBT intercept them and bring them into the ring.
- Disco gets a powerbomb from Nash.
- Konnan takes The Stroke.
- Nash hits the big boot on Rey.
- Steiner gorilla-press drops Juventud.
- As Russo and Jarrett walk out of the ring, we see Goldberg digging a grave on the TurnerTron.
- Goldberg says he will systematically take out each of Russo's henchmen.
- Goldberg says he will dump Russo in the grave he has dug.
- Russo acts scared as we go to commercial.
- Moments Ago, the heels perform a beatdown.
- The Cat gets loaded into an ambulence.
- Russo tells his troops to stay by his side. His troops have other ideas.
- The phone rings, and Russo answers. Goldberg responds and says he's on his way.
- Match #2: Paisley vs. Tygress vs. Major Gunns
- This was booked just to piss me off, I'd bet.
- Tygress distracts Gunns, with allows a Paisley kick to the back.
- Tygress with a bridge for three in 0:19.
- But, Jamie Tucker says it was a two-count, despite Tygress being called the winner.
- Gunns gets beat on some more, nevertheless.
- What the hell was that finish? At least it was kept short, so no Codies here.
- The Filthy Animals mace and club the Thrillers, who were guarding Russo's office.
- Jarrett has a plethora of guitars waiting in a truck.
- Pamela Paulshock interviews Mike Awesome. During this interview, some light rock music is played in the background.
- Match #3: Kronic vs. The Harris Brothers in a House of Pain match
- Apparently, this is a cage match with House of Pain rules.
- The Harrises get some weird porno-ish music coming out.
- It's a slugfest to start.
- The Harrises whip both Kronic members into the cage.
- Adams fights out of being handcuffed.
- Clarke goes up top and hits a diving elbow on a downed Harris.
- Adams with his full-nelson slam.
- Kronic whips another Harris into the cage, which breaks, sending the Harris outside.
- A Harris Brother beats the SHIT out of a fan for no reason.
- The referee calls for the bell at 2:24, and security runs in to break everything up.
- What was THAT?
- Lance Storm and Elix Skipper are walking.
- For some reason, we get a sneak peek of some movie that I refuse to dignify. Folks, meet your new WCW World Heavyweight Champion -- Ryan Phillipe.
- Match #4: WCW Canadian Champion Lance Storm (w/ WCW 100 KG and Under Champion "Primetime" Elix Skipper) vs. The Wall (w/ M. I. A.) in a Tables Prisoner of War Match
- Storm challenges the M. I. A. to a Prisoner of War match, in which the winning team gets to recruit a member of the losing team.
- M. I. A. comes out, and Morrus rechristens his team "Made In America".
- Morrus tells Storm he will face The Wall in a tables match.
- Wall gets beat on by Storm but takes over.
- Wall with a shoulderblock sending Storm out of the ring.
- Wall whips Storm into the rail.
- Wall goes to put Storm on the table, but Storm pokes the eye.
- Wall with a big boot.
- Storm heads inside and cuts off Wall as he goes on the apron.
- Wall tries for a suplex, and Skipper hits Wall with the Canadian flag.
- As Chavo deals with Skipper, Storm hits a springboard heel kick, sending Wall into the table for the win.

- Storm drags Major Gunns to the back for some deprogramming.
- Well, that sucked.
- Pamela interviews Sting.
- Booker T laces up.
- Match #5: Rick Steiner vs. Mike Awesome
- Rick comes out to a knockoff of some Ted Nugent song.
- Rick runs through his catchphrases.
- In the ring, the wrestlers hit the ropes until Steiner suplexes Awesome off a leapfrog attempt.
- Steiner charges at Awesome in the corner but eats boot.
- Awesome sends Steiner outside, goes to the ropes and hits his over-the-top-rope dive.
- Awesome sends Steiner to the rail and goes for the table.
- Awesome whips Steiner to the rail, goes back in the ring and sets the table in the corner.
- Before Awesome can deliver the running powerbomb on the table, Jarrett comes in with a pipe.
- This allows Steiner to do a release German suplex on the table for the win.

- Five matches this hour, average match length of 1:40. Shut Up And Wrestle, my ass.
- Match #6: Kevin Nash (w/ Vince Russo, Jeff Jarrett and Scott Steiner) vs. WCW World Heavyweight Champion Booker T
- Russo goes to the commentary booth as Jarrett takes his role of referee and Steiner stays outside as enforcer.
- Russo boldly predicts a title change.
- Steiner yells at Booker, allowing Nash to attack from behind.
- Nash punches Booker out of the ring.
- Steiner goes for a pipe shot, but Jarrett tells him to hit the showers.
- Nash goes for more punishment on Booker, but Jarrett breaks it up and sends Booker inside.
- Jarrett drags Russo back to the booth.
- Booker comes back and hits a side slam for a two-count.
- Booker punches away in the corner.
- Booker whips Nash to the corner but runs into a boot.
- Nash hits a clothesline.
- Nash covers for two.
- Booker sends Nash to the corner.
- Nash reverses a whip to the ropes.
- Steiner nails Booker from behind, prompting Jarrett to focus his attention on him.
- Meanwhile, Nash has Booker pinned in the ring, but no referee can count.
- Jarrett gets into it with Russo.
- In the corner, Nash hits his usual offense.
- There's some big dissension with the heels in the ring.
- Nash with the hamstring stretch choke.
- Nash whips Booker, who ducks a clothesline and nails a standing side kick.
- Booker with the Harlem Sidekick.
- Booker whips, but Nash reverses.
- Booker halts the whip, goes to the ropes and hits the axe kick.
- Spinerooni, Booker goes up top and hits the missile dropkick.
- As Booker knocks Steiner off the apron, we hear some techs in the background doing a test. That's just bad.
- Meanwhile, Russo slips Jarrett a guitar.
- Jarrett gives Booker the el-kabong.
- With both men down, Jarrett begins the ten-count.
- Nash gets up and pulls down the strap.
- Nash with the big powerdrop for the win.

- Schiavone: "This is one of the worst things that ever happened to the WCW title... and we've seen some bad things happen to it." I love quasi-shoot comments sometimes.
- I don't know why they hot-shotted the title change, but at least they didn't try to hammer the WCW Sledgehammer of Plot in this segment.
- We go to the two-shot. Mark Madden has the balls to call Kevin Nash the "best wrestler in the business." Please. We know you're the heel commentator but let's get serious here.
- The new champ and his friends celebrate in the back.
- Booker T tries to slink away in defeat but an arriving Goldberg won't let him.
- The Franchise and Torrie Wilson are on the balcony.
- Franchise claims he took the sport on his back and saved it.
- Franchise says he didn't get the job done on Kidman at New Blood Rising.
- Franchise challenges Kidman to a scaffold match.
- Crowbar attacks Franchise with a trashcan lid and some punches.
- Crowbar hesitates for a moment, allowing Franchise to gain momentum.
- Franchise dumps Crowbar off a balcony onto a table as Daffney and her beau watch.
- Franchise stomps on Crowbar and shoves Daffney to the concrete.
- Franchise and Torrie walk down a set of stairs and into the ring.
- Franchise calls that last scene a warm-up.
- Franchise says wrestling fans tune into Nitro to see him.
- Franchise calls an open challenge.
- Familiar music brings out Goldberg.
- Bye, bye, Shane.
- Spear. Jackhammer. Splat.
- That gets an F for "Douglas got knocked the F*** out."
- Goldberg's eyebrow gets busted open on the spear, and the rest of this segment is done with the far away camera shot.
- Goldberg notes that Franchise was in the wrong place at the wrong time.
- Goldberg threatens Russo and walks out of the ring.
- Kevin Nash takes a shower, but Booker jumps him from behind.
- Vince Russo begs Scott Steiner to protect him but makes the fatal mistake of touching him.
- Apparently, David Flair and Ms. Hancock are getting married on September 11th in Charlotte, NC. Hmm. Flair. Charlotte. Wonder what's going to happen.
- Match #7: Jeff Jarrett vs. Big Vito
- They show clips of Vito's match with Nash from last week.
- Jarrett attacks Vito as he celebrates on the turnbuckle.
- Vito comes back with a powerslam for two.
- Vito with some punches in the corner.
- A whip leads to a Jarrett back elbow.
- Vito reverses a whip into a reverse atomic drop.
- Jarrett escapes to the outside.
- Vito goes to the ropes, and Jarrett trips him.
- Back inside, Jarrett with some offense.
- Jarrett whips Vito and he makes the mistake of lowering his head.
- Mafia Kick by Vito.
- Armdrag takeover and a legdrop for two.
- Vito suplexes Jarrett and goes up top.
- Vito hits the flying elbowdrop for 2.9.
- Jarrett wiggles out of a slam and runs Vito to the ropes.
- Jarrett with an enziguri.
- Vito counters the Stroke and sends Jarrett to the corner.
- Vito with a backdrop suplex.
- Vito goes up top and hits the swandive headbutt for two.
- Vito with a kick, but Jarrett blocks the Implant DDT and hits the Stroke for the win.

- Nothing special, but it was solid.
- However, WCW needs to realize that if they are trying to push Big Vito as a legitimate contender, he needs to win some matches now and then.
- More movie shilling. Actually, it's the same promo they showed in hour one.
- Jeff Jarrett goes to grab his guitars -- and gets the crap beat out of him by Mike Awesome, who was hiding underneath the guitars.
- Match #8: The Natural Born Thrillers vs. The Filthy Animals
- The NBT hit the ring.
- Mike Sanders cuts a below average promo to start.
- Sanders calls for a five-on-five elimination match with The Filthy Animals.
- Here comes the Animals.
- Shawn Stasiak will be the odd man out for his team.
- Palumbo and Juvi start us off.
- Juvi comes off the ropes into a clothesline.
- Juvi slips out of a slam and tries a roll-up.
- Palumbo lifts Juvi up but gets frankensteinered.
- Juvi with a snap suplex on the 6' 5" Palumbo!
- Juvi goes up top but gets caught on the bodypress.
- Palumbo with the blockbuster suplex.
- Palumbo tries the Torture Rack, but Rey makes the save.
- Reno hits the ring and beats on Juvi and Rey.
- Reno tries a powerbomb on Juvi but gets facedropped.
- Rey with a gullotine legdrop.
- Reno whips Rey, who does the Tiger Mask Fake Out.
- Reno with a tilt-a-whirl powerbomb.
- Tag to Jindrak, who misses a moonsault.
- Tag to Disco.
- Rey with a drop toehold, and Disco hits an elbow.
- Jindrak with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker.
- Disco lays out Jindrak in the corner, and Rey goes for the Bronco Buster.
- Palumbo intercepts Rey before the move, however.
- Konnan hits the ring and takes out Palumbo.
- It breaks down, with various men hitting the ring.
- Everyone brawls outside the ring and is counted out -- except for Mike Sanders and...
- Tygress.
- Sanders talks down to Tygress, who responds with a slap and a kick to the balls.
- Tygress hits the Bronco Buster in the corner.
- Tygress goes all Rosie Perez in the center of the ring until Sanders hits the 3.0 for the win.
- YOUR WINNER: "Above Average" Mike Sanders via 3.0 in 4:56.
- That match was kicking ass until the inevitable cop-out finish.
- But, it ended clean, and I can respect that.
- Goldberg lays out Scott Steiner in the back with a pipe.
- Vince Russo sucks up to Big Vito, who agrees to help him, but not without a big Italian smooch.
- Russo and Vito walk to the ring.
- Russo says he won't run from Goldberg any longer.
- Sign: "Is This A Shoot?"
- Goldberg walks out.
- Vito stands in front of Russo as Goldberg hits the ring.
- Russo tells Goldberg that he can't touch him or he will fire him.
- Goldberg responds by barking at Russo.
- You can see Goldberg's cut above his right eyebrow, and he touches it and tastes some of it.
- Russo tells Vito to take Goldberg out.
- Vito swings his cane -- and nails Russo in the back.
- Vito performs a good, old-fashioned Italian ass-beating.
- Goldberg throws Vito something and tells him to take out the garbage.
- Vito carries Russo away from the ring.
- Match #9: The Great Muta vs. Sting
- Muta attacks Sting in the aisle.
- Muta with a facerake.
- Sting takes Muta down.
- Sting sends Muta to the rail.
- And again.
- And again.
- This is definitely not Sting/Muta circa 1989.
- Muta with a spinning heel kick.
- These guys have not even entered the ring yet.
- As they fight, we see Vampiro break through the TurnerTron.
- Some fog appears on the entryway, allowing Vamp to nail Sting from the rigging with a cane.
- Sting makes the comeback, though.
- Vamp tries to climb the rigging but Sting intercepts.
- Vamp beats down Sting and goes up the rigging.
- Sting follows, and so does Muta.
- I don't like the looks of this.
- ICP drag Sting through the screen and it's a four-on-one "beating."
- It is so obvious that they are stomping the set and not Sting.
- In the desert, Goldberg runs across Bret Hart.
- Hart brings up Survivor Series, and how much he hates Russo for it, and Hart shakes hands with Goldberg.
- Goldberg gives Hart the shovel and tells him to start digging Russo's grave.
- Then, in a very obvious swerve, Hart lines up a shot at Goldberg and nails him in the back.
- Hart rants at Goldberg as we fade.
- Did anyone buy Hart actually being a face here?
- And what happened to Hart aligning himself with Team Canada at New Blood Rising?
- The Good: Jeff Jarrett vs. Big Vito and the ten-person elimination (assuming the last minute didn't happen).
- The Bad: Hour one of this show was very depressing, with five matches going a grand total of eight minutes and twenty seconds. There was also more Vince Russo on this show than required by law.
- The Ugly: Lex Luger has nothing on Bret Hart when it comes to face/heel turns.
