- We open with Vince Russo and Tank Abbott in the ring, with some half-muted "Asshole" chants.
- Russo talks about making an example out of somebody a month ago.
- Russo says he's going to do the same thing again to Goldberg.
- Russo says he's going to buy out Goldberg's ass on live TV.
- Russo whines about Brad Siegel not letting him fire Goldberg because the fans like him.
- Russo: "Screw the fans, and screw Bill Goldberg."
- Russo claims that Goldberg's ass is going to get kicked tonight.
- Russo brings up the Phillips Arena and cusses some more.
- Russo says that Goldberg believes that this world was real, he could take everyone.
- Russo refers to Abbott as Kryptonite and cusses again.
- Russo calls Goldberg a chicken[shit].
- Russo: "You don't know the script? You don't know the storyline?"
- * sigh *
- Russo motions to production to go to a break.
- Whatever.
- We go to the announcers.
- Vince Russo goes to a headset and screams in it.
- Meanwhile, Goldberg (with taped ribs) beats up on Tank Abbott.
- Goldberg reverses a whip to the rail and hits a clothesline.
- Goldberg goes after Russo, who hides behind the announcing table.
- Goldberg applies an armbar on Abbott.
- Russo screams some more and we go to another break.
- So, if this was a shoot, wouldn't Russo be smart enough to call security to clear Goldberg from the ring?
- We go to the announcers again.
- Due to Goldberg walking out of New Blood Rising, Kevin Nash and Scott Steiner will face off for the #1 Contender spot again.
- Another re-match is Jeff Jarrett vs. Booker T.
- Guess I didn't miss anything by not buying the PPV.
- We're live from Kelowna, British Columbia.
- Match #1: The Franchise (w/ Torrie Wilson) and Reno vs. Kidman and Big Vito
- Sign: "Franchise Has A Limp Biskit."
- Douglas runs down Kidman and the fans.
- Sign: "New Triple Threat - Douglas and Torrie's Twins."
- Douglas says that someone else wants a piece of Kidman.
- Douglas calls Reno out.
- Reno walks into the ring.
- Kidman makes his way out.
- Kidman calls out his partner...
- Big Vito.
- The faces charge the ring.
- The faces hit stereo flying elbows on the heels.
- They go outside, and Vito stomps on Douglas.
- Kidman shoots Reno to the rail.
- In the ring, Douglas gets the upper hand on Vito.
- Douglas hits a powerslam off the ropes.
- Kidman chases after Torrie on the outside.
- Douglas beats on Vito in the corner.
- Reno joins in the fun but Vito makes a comeback.
- Reno gets a shot in the gut.
- The heels whip Vito, who stops short and kicks both heels.
- Tag to Kidman, who takes care of the heels with dropkicks.
- Vito and Reno get whipped into each other, but Vito gets a kick in.
- Reno gets his inverted spinning neckbreaker for two when Vito tries to save...
- But he elbowdrops Kidman instead.
- Kidman with his Rydeen Bomb on Reno.
- Kidman goes up top but Douglas trips him off.
- Vito goes up top and hits a frog splash for the win.

- Post-match, Douglas dumps Vito and sets up handcuffs in the corner.
- Douglas goes to cuff Kidman but Vito makes the save.

- Perfect Event, Mark Jindrak and Sean O'Haire run in to beat on the faces.
- The Filthy Animals ask The Cat to show a clip of Disco Inferno on The List.
- The Animals talk about continuing their working relationship with The Cat.
- Cat asks what's in it for him.
- The Animals offer a personal assistant, Ms. Jones.
- Cat accepts.
- David Flair (with his dress shirt and slacks covered in mud) is moping around.
- Major Gunns asks David if Ms. Hancock is alright.
- David shows no emotion and walks away.
- David Flair grabs a mic from David Penzer as he walks to the ring.
- David rambles about not knowing what's wrong with Ms. Hancock.
- The announcers mention her real name, Stacy Kielber.
- Major Gunns is crying as she watches on a monitor. Meanwhile, the Misfits In Action talk strategy.
- As David mumbles incoherently, Gunns walks out.
- Gunns apologizes to David and does a crying spiel.
- Gunns says she kicked Stacy in the stomach.
- David yells at Gunns and puts his hands on her.
- Ms. Hancock walks out and tells David to get off her.
- David turns to look at Hancock, who says she's pregnant.
- David lets out a "Whoo" and does the Fargo Strut.
- They kiss and stuff as we go to break.
- So, lil' Flair is potent after all!
- The two lovebirds are swapping spit in the back.
- Match #2: WCW Triple Champion Lance Storm vs. Mike Awesome
- Glad to see Storm has some babyface heat from the crowd after being made to look ineffective in Vancouver.
- Storm says it's good to be home.
- Storm calls the crowd true wrestling fans.
- Some bad production screws up the broadcast and Storm's speech.
- Storm talks about making American wrestlers tap out to the Canadian Mapleleaf.
- Storm asks the crowd to rise for the Canadian National Anthem.
- The Cat walks out to a heel pop.
- Cat: "May I please have your attention?"
- Crowd: "No!"
- Cat: "Shut the hell up!"
- Cat gets a muted asshole chant. Sad. Just let the chant go, WCW.
- Cat runs down the crowd and the inhabitants of Canada.
- Cat calls Storm an ugly-ass Power Ranger.
- Cat says that Storm got lucky last night.
- Cat books Storm into a match with Mike Awesome.

- Cat has a guest referee for this match.

- Awesome runs to the ring.
- Storm puts the beats to Awesome, who no-sells.
- Storm with a sidekick and a spinning heel kick.
- Storm covers and Cat hesitates before counting one.
- Awesome with a running clothesline out of the corner.
- Awesome with a splash for two.
- Awesome dumps Storm out of the ring.
- Storm gets sent to the rail.
- Awesome with a chairshot on the back.
- Awesome with a weak slingshot splash for two.
- Storm with a babyface eye poke and a dropkick.
- Storm sends Awesome to the corner.
- Storm with another corner whip and a clothesline.
- Storm with a bridge suplex for one.
- Awesome reverses a whip and hits a release German suplex.
- Awesome with a running Awesomebomb for two when Jacques Rougeau runs in and kicks The Cat out of the ring.
- Rougeau shows him the rulebook.
- Awesome goes to Awesomebomb Rougeau, but his old Quebecers/Amazing French-Canadian partner, Karl Ouelette makes the save.
- The ex-AFC hits the Cannonball.
- The Cat runs in and hits sidekicks on everyone.
- Elix Skipper then hits the ring and takes out The Cat.
- Rougeau then counts the submission on Awesome as Ouelette taps Awesome's arm.

- The right guy went over, but there was WAAAAAY too much screwiness going on there.

- Storm gives the Saskatchewan Hardcore International Title to Ouelette. He's the shit, man!
- Storm hands the 100 KG and Under title to "Primetime" Elix Skipper.
- The Cat threatens Team Canada with a bat.
- At least they keep the Cruiserweight Title on competent workers.
- Match #3: Jeff Jarrett vs. WCW World Champion Booker T
- The announcers are playing this up as Jarrett's last chance for the WCW title.
- Lock-up, they trade go-behinds.
- Booker hits the ropes and takes down Jarrett.
- Booker leapfrogs a running Jarrett and hits a dropkick.
- Booker with a short-arm clothesline.
- Booker applies a sleeper but Jarrett nails a mule kick.
- Jarrett whips Booker, who rolls him up for two.
- Booker whips Jarrett into the corner, but eats boot on a charge.
- Jarrett goes up top and hits a bodypress, but Booker rolls through for two.
- They go outside, and Booker hits a shot to the breadbasket.
- Jarrett reverses a Booker whip to the rail.
- Back inside, Jarrett covers for two.
- Jarrett with a chinlock.
- Booker powers out, but Jarrett takes him down.
- Jarrett runs the hold into a surfboard.
- Booker tries to turn it around but gets kicked in the chest.
- Booker with a flying forearm off the ropes.
- Booker whips Jarrett to the corner.
- Jarrett extends his elbow on a charge attempt.
- Jarrett grabs the guitar and takes a swing but Booker counters with the Book-end...
- But Jarrett counters that.
- Booker grabs the guitar and accidentally hits Mickey Jay.
- Booker hits a spinebuster on Jarrett and Charles Robinson comes in for the two-count.
- Booker reverses a whip into a kneelift.
- Axe kick. "Spinerooni."
- Booker misses the Harlem Sidekick and hyperextends his knee.
- Jarrett hits the Stroke.
- Robinson counts... and Goldberg pulls Jarrett out of the ring.
- Goldberg throws Jarrett into the crowd and the bell rings at 6:50.
- Goldberg: "Hey, Russo! Guess what? One down, two to go!"
- No official decision announced.
- Match was decent until the inevitable Russo Finish.
- Moments Ago, Jeff Jarrett was screwed out of the title, and the fans got screwed out of a clean finish.
- Pamela Paulshock interviews Scott Steiner (wearing some chain mesh on his head and shoulders).
- Match #4: WCW Saskatchewan Hardcore International Champion Karl "The Rave" Ouelette vs. Norman Smiley
- Production blocks out Ouelette's image upon his entrance.
- Yes! Smiley!
- Too bad his jobbing streak will continue.
- Ouelette with some kicks in the corner.
- Smiley whips Ouelette in the corner.
- Ouelette comes back with a clothesline.
- Smiley reverses a whip to the safety rail outside.
- Ouelette takes out Smiley again.
- Ouelette puts a table into the ring.
- More assorted "hardcore" items go into the ring.
- Smiley grabs a garbage can, but Ouelette dropkicks the can into him.
- Ouelette with a running somersault to the outside.
- They go back into the ring.
- Smiley with a mop shot to the groin.
- Smiley whips Ouelette (carrying a trashcan lid) and gets nailed with the object.
- Ouelette sets up a table in the corner.
- Ouelette chokes Smiley on the ropes.
- Ouelette hits the opposite ropes and nails a running kneedrop.
- Ouelette with assorted offense in the corner.
- Ouelette tries to whip Smiley into the corner, but he counters with a clothesline.
- Smiley with the spinning bodyslam and the SMBU.
- They go to the ropes, with Smiley trying a roll-through, but Ouelette counters with a headbutt.
- The table gets placed in the ring.
- Ouelette with a urinage into a sit-out powerbomb.
- Ouelette puts Smiley onto the table.
- Ouelette goes up top and misses the Cannonball when Smiley uses Charles Robinson to get out of the way.
- Smiley covers and wins the belt!

- Smiley doesn't want the belt, so he drops it on Ouelette, despite Robinson trying to give the belt back to him.

- The Cat bitches about something and walks away. Meanwhile, we see Kwee-Wee, bunny slippers and all.
- Pamela Paulshock interviews Kevin Nash.
- Nash speaks for most of us by asking why Russo isn't being tested for drugs.
- Nash talks about Russo giving Steiner a second chance.
- Nash then speaks about giving Scott Hall a second chance.
- Nash says that only one guy in the company is higher than him -- Booker T.
- Nash issues a challenge to Booker.
- Match #5: Rey Mysterio, Jr. and Juventud Guerrera (w/ The Filthy Animals) vs. WCW Tag Team Champions Vampiro and Great Muta
- The Animals hit the ring first.
- Typical mic-work from Konnan.
- Disco is pretty funny in the "white boy trying to act down" role, though.
- Kronic walks out.
- They'll be doing guest commentary just to piss me off.
- The tag champs walk out.
- Demon follows many steps behind.
- The Harris Brothers come out from the stands and get into a fracas with Kronic.
- Say, isn't there a tag team title match going on?
- The freaks beat up on poor Rey, Jr.
- Vamp with a side slam on Rey.
- Konnan joins the gang for commentary.
- Tag to Muta.
- Muta with a snapmare and an elbowdrop.
- Muta with an anklelock and a tag to Vamp.
- Vamp with some kicks to the leg.
- Rey gets sent to the corner, but tries a floatover and gets picked up by Vamp.
- Vamp with a running charge to the corner but Rey slips out.
- Tag to Muta, who suplexes Rey.
- Vamp with a running powerbomb on Rey.
- Vamp slides Rey under the ropes and out of the ring.
- Vamp distracts the ref as Muta chairs a meeting into Rey's chest.
- Vamp whips Rey into the rail.
- Vamp sends Rey inside.
- The freaks follow for a double-whip.
- Rey slides under Vamp, and Muta grabs him.
- Rey evades a Vamp sidekick, which hits Muta instead.
- Vamp powerbombs Rey.
- Rey with a tag to Juvi.
- Juvi with a series of dropkicks.
- Juvi with a bodyscissors into a bulldog on Vamp.
- Juvi covers for two.
- Juvi whips Vamp and kicks him.
- Juvi mounts Rey on Vamp, but Muta mists Rey.
- Vamp hits the Nail In The Coffin on Rey, and Juvi eats a dragonscrew legwhip from Muta.
- Sting runs in to protect the fans from those cursed clean finishes. What a guy, that Sting.
- When the dust clears, everyone is down.
- Disco rolls Rey onto Muta for the win and the belts.

- Match #6: WCW 100 KG And Under Champ "Primetime" Elix Skipper vs. Kwee-Wee (w/ Papaya)
- Apparently, Skipper was a player in the CFL.
- I think this is Skipper's first Nitro match.
- His opponent: Kwee-Wee.
- Hey, I might have seen this matchup on the old WCW Saturday Night!
- Anyway, the match.
- Skipper with an armbar into a kick.
- Skipper with a release suplex for two.
- Skipper with a roll-up for two.
- Skipper with another overhead suplex for two.
- Skipper whips Kwee into the corner.
- Kwee comes back with a backdrop suplex.
- Kwee suplexes Skipper onto the turnbuckle and snaps.
- Kwee covers for two.
- Kwee sends Skipper over the top.
- Skipper tries to flip himself back into the ring but Kwee stops that.
- Kwee tries a dive onto Skipper, but Skipper flips out of the way.
- Skipper with a nice twisting dive on Kwee to the outside.
- Inside, Skipper covers for two.
- Skipper bends his body to the mat to evade a running bodypress.
- Skipper ducks a punch and does a full-nelson German suplex for two.
- Kwee reverses a whip to the corner but eats elbow.
- Skipper with a flying bodypress for two.
- Skipper goes up top and hits a missile dropkick.
- Skipper whips Kwee into the corner.
- And again.
- Skipper tries a diving elbow but misses.
- Kwee tries a suplex, but Skipper counters into a DDT.
- Skipper puts a ring on his right hand and pummels Kwee.
- Kwee comes back and hits a corkscrew short powerbomb for two.
- Kwee has Papaya comfort him, which allows referee Jamie Tucker to be distracted.
- Clothesline by Kwee hits two.
- Skipper hits the loaded punch on Kwee for the win!

- Post-match, Kwee-Wee takes out Tucker and throws him out of the ring.
- Bitchin' match. Skipper is FOR REAL.
- Of course, Kwee-Wee had some stuff going there, too.
- Sting is walking. So is Goldberg.
- Match #7: Sting vs. Vampiro vs. Great Muta vs. The Demon
- Time for Dark Carnival to put Sting over!
- As Madden bitches about Gene Okerlund, the heels walk out.
- Sting whips Demon into a clothesline.
- This is a four-corners match, but three of the guys are working together. Can you guess which three?
- Anywhoo, Sting is getting the crap kicked out of him.
- In a very sad spot, Vamp stomps the mat and Sting SELLS IT.
- Vamp with a spinning roundhouse kick.
- Sting makes the pissed-off comeback and hits the Stinger Splash on Muta.
- Sting goes for the Scorpion Deathlock and Vamp gets out the kendo stick.
- Demon grabs the stick, saying he wants the shot.
- Demon canes Vamp, and Muta submits to the Deathlock.
- YOUR WINNER: Sting via Scorpion Deathlock in 2:06.
- Sting and Demon have a stare-down, and Demon leaves the ring.
- Vamp and Great Muta beat on Demon and bring him into the ring.
- Sting tries to make the save but is unsuccessful.
- Vamp brings Sting to the back.
- It would be an insult to call this a wrestling match.
- In the back, Demon makes the save on Sting.
- Match #8: Kevin Nash vs. ??????
- Nash has a large board with him for some reason.
- Nash says he can't help but see a lot of Scott Hall signs out there.
- Crowd: "We Want Scott!"
- Nash says nobody wants Scott Hall more than himself.
- Nash says that WCW thinks Hall is too dangerous for live TV.
- Nash talks about how fans ask about Hall.
- Nash says since Hall isn't here, he'd conduct his own interview.
- Nash takes the large board and it folds out to a Scott Hall cut-out.
- Nash asks Hall what's up.
- Nash uses a button on the mic to get Hall's "Hey yo."
- Nash points to Hall's shirt and says the nWo died a long time ago for the third time.
- Nash does a survey.
- Nash asks if the crowd wants to see Hall come back. [cheers]
- Nash asks if the crowd wants to see those holding Hall down get their asses kicked. [cheers]
- Nash calls Booker T out.
- Booker walks out in slacks holding the belt.
- Scott Steiner runs from behind and nails Booker with the pipe.
- Steiner beats on Nash as well.
- We see Goldberg on the Turnertron with Midajah.
- Goldberg rants and then sets up the Jackhammer on Midajah.
- Before we see the move pulled off, the TurnerTron cuts out.
- Steiner runs to the back as Nash tends to Booker.
- In the back, Steiner tends to Midajah and chases after Goldberg.
- We then fade without any scheduled main event match-up.
- Survey Says: F*** You, WCW.©
- The Good: Elix Skipper vs. Kwee-Wee was the obvious showstealer. Smart idea to latch Skipper onto the new Canadian stable, which could help give him the experience and ability to make it to the top by learning from established stars.
- The Bad: Too much Russo bullshit for my liking. That being the fake shoots, run-in bonanzae and the copping-out of clean finishes. Johnny Ace must have taken the night off. Also, having no match for the main event is pretty inexcusable.
- The Ugly: Sting selling a VERY LOOSE stomp by Vampiro in their four-corners match.
