I'm not really a big fan but when
it comes to a serious interview he is the second best
ever in wrestling.( AA is #1. You probably knew that
though.) Thankfully I never saw his Dean gimmick but he
did wrestle some real good matches in ECW before he
injured his arm. The man can actually wrestle a good
match. He is a complete wrestler who can use
"plundah" as well as a vertical suplex. My only
drawback to liking him is every time I see him suplex
Bam Bam through the table to win the ECW World Title, I
think he's missing something. Let me think .... oh
yeah..... it's a pink skateboard. Just like Terry Taylor
he'll always be a Dynamic Dude.
Well, Taylor wasn't a Dynamic Dude (but I don't think you meant that...) but that could be worth bringing up at every opportunity, just to annoy him. I'd like Shane better...if he was in Japan with has tag partner and Billy Gunn. Seriously, he may be a good interviewer, but part of his ECW gimmick was that he was telling the "shoot" truth...and now, it's looking like some of what he said was shoot was just a work, which makes me feel like he just wanted to say it to get over, which kinda' bugs me. I mean, believing anything anyone says in wrestling as shoot is a silly thing, so I'm not too surprised.
To me, the Shane I see on TV comes of as the type of person who thinks he's a lot greater than he really is. And those types of people really annoy me, so, Shane's character doesn't work for me. Even as a heel, I'd rather flip the channel then see him get beat.
