House Show Results from Springfield, MO, November 8th

As I was writing the house show report for the Springfield event, I read the West Plains event report and with a few exceptions, the events were quite similar. The matches were the same, and the results were the same as well.
A few additional notes: Squire Dave Taylor got marginal pop and a lot of heat. The fans were somewhat divided on what to think. Also, Springfield was about 75/25 in favor of WCW. nWo merchandise quite prevalent, but all throughout the arena were chants and cheers for the WCW stars.
A lot of questions were posed about Raven's Nest and a possible appearance. While a few fans I spoke with were expecting an appearance, none of the crew showed up during the matches.
I was quite surprised to note that Jacqueline and Ted DiBiase did not appear to manage. As this was my first card to attend since the 80s, this may be typical for managers not to appear at house shows.
The event was a sellout. WCW officials announced a return to Springfield after the first of the year. This drew considerable applause from the masses.
