On Monday Night, Heenan and Tony did not mention Sid being counted out. Obviously, it did not happen on TV so, it did not happen.

I didn't see Thunder this week, so I don't have the entire context, but I thought you should know that basic blackjack strategy dictates that you hit a hard 18 when the dealer's up card is a 9, 10, or Ace. The theory is that the average winning hand in blackjack is 18.5, and if you presume that the dealer's hole card is a ten, they're there already. It takes every ounce of testicular fortitude you've got to hit a hard 18 in a casino with real money on the line, but over time, the math dictates that it's the right thing to do. Thanks for making WCW bearable. There was a long time there when WCW was painful to watch and the only way I knew what was going on was you guys. I don't envy your jobs, having to watch all that crap all every week. WCW is starting to get watchable at times again but there is still a lot of moments that are embarrassing to watch.
I was looking at the win-loss records for 1999 and I noticed one that can't possibly be correct. The "All Great and Powerful (and totally unwatchable)" Sid Vicious is listed with only 19 wins. Now I know for a fact that he had a 100+ match winning streak. Charles Robinson's signs said so. I think you guys better correct that, cause I know the WCW can't possibly be making things up. Next thing you're going to tell me is that Lenny Lane held the cruiserweight title for a time or even worse that Chris Benoit held the world title. Thanks again for the great site.

- As the match progresses, we see Daffney confront Miss Hancock.
- Crowbar slams Johnny then gives him a slingshot splash for two.

- A double whip leads to a twin-axehandle.
- Vito's a stompin' away.
- Tag to Flair, who gets bieled in by his partner.

- Vito goes to the middle rope and hits an elbowdrop.
- Vito covers but Crowbar makes the save.
- Tag to Johnny.
- The 'Lukes do their impressive hip-toss/powerbomb combo.
- Tag to Vito again after some stomping.
- David's just a punching bag in this match, which is a good thing.
- Vito takes a bite out of David's forehead.
- Another slam by Vito.
- Vito goes to the middle rope but misses the kneedrop. This was sad, as David rolled TOWARD Vito to get out of the way, running into his other leg.
- Crowbar gets the hot tag and cleans house.
- Johnny clotheslines David but gets taken out of the ring by Crowbar.
- Vito with the Implant DDT but Daffney distracts the ref.
- This allows David to get a crowbar and bean Vito on the apron.
- Crowbar puts an arm on Vito for the win.

- When the former Blu Brothers are main eventing a show, you know something is wrong.
- This will be Sid's third match tonight. I should point out that in Arn's book, he states that he worked five matches in one taping, so tonight is nothing special.

- This really sucks, if my lack of play-by-play hasn't indicated already.

- The Harris Boys try to whip Sid to the cage but Sid shrugs them off.
- Sid tries for a powerbomb but the other Harris saves.
- As one Harris goes up top, Sid whips the other Harris into the ropes.
- Sid powerbombs a Harris Brother for the win.

- Post-match, the nWo rip-off a Horsemen spot from Capitol Combat '90, in which Scott Hall attacks the guy who controls the cage and raises it so the nWo can run in and ka-bong Sid with a guitar. The only difference is that in '90, the Horsemen then lowered the cage so Lex Luger (the recipient of the beatdown at that time) would not be able to receive help or escape during the melee.
